Hello, For my case appointment they asked me for the location... And I responded that I want have my appointment in ( ERBIL / KURDISTAN REGION) but they choose another location ( BAGHDAD/IRAQ)... That's not easy even not safe for me... Respectfully

The photos per the German government were not supposed to be cut. They were delivered to me cut. Per the German government, my shoulders need to be seen in the photo. They were in the proofs but the photos you sent me are totally different. I feel completely ripped off. I will not be a return customer and would not recommend your services.

Even though this company seems to know what they are doing they do not. They describe nicely how the passport photo for Germany has to be. I also paid extra for the pictures to be reviewed. Then, I get the pictures and the face is too small. Also, the pictures are cut and the instructions from the German government are very specific on the size and that the pictures are not to be cut. Therefore, the pictures are worthless. I have to drive 8 hours to the German embassy and need an appointment 10 weeks out. Therefore if I would use these pictures it would be a wasted trip. These pictures are just junk.
It was an excellent website but I did have problems uploading the vaccination certificates but I feel that was maybe just me!
This was my second attempt for my current trip. The first (another company) were scammers. I applied, they took my money and that was it. Understandably I was a little wary the second time. The service I received was second to none. Straight, I paid for a four forward, easy to follow and responses were quick. I paid for a four hour turn around but my Registration on Entry was back within the hour. Exceptional old fashioned good service and customer service. I travel a lot and will definately be back.
Everything worked well. However, there was a note and link on the second page of our German Entry Passes that appeared to require more input (vaccination card again). I had to email customer service to see if this was actually required, and was informed (in a reasonable time) that, no, everything they needed had already been submitted.

The application to be filled in was clear and easy. However, we ran into difficulties in the second part when we had to upload things and it did not do it readily. This made the whole process a long one. Admittedly, I am not terribly computer savvy, but I had been hoping for an easier process. It’s done now and I am really glad it all worked out in the end.
iVisa.com arranged my newly required Einreiseanmeldung with the German government at the last minute so that I could visit Germany. I could have done it myself since I speak German, but it would have been more touch-and-go, and I would have been on edge until I received a positive response from the German government. As it was, iVisa.com took care of the entire matter in about fouir hours, and I was able to leave for my visit on time.

While I am not tech savvy it was pretty easy to figure out until it asked for the pictures on the Covid documents. Called my travel agent and we walked through it. Then I had to figure out to send a separate one for my husband. After that a piece of cake...thanks

Terrible. I asked someone to clarify what this form was and specifically sited another form I already fille dout and asked if it was the same (IT WAS) and now I paid money for a thing I had already done on my own.

Make you don’t send this to soon. Our plane from MSP doesn’t leave until 7:20 pm on the 12th. You guys did a good job but the process to go Germany is a pain. By the way our plane is supposed to land at 1:00 pm on Monday Germany time.
I stumbled upon Ivisa accidentally one day searching online for our next trip to Europe, it was the best thing ever they made all the necessary paper work for me it was easy and straight forward. I definitely will use them again in the future.

I went here because I wanted to be sure I could go to Germany and let the German Embassy know that I'll be visiting for tourism and get papers from them saying that my trip is okay/approved to show at the airport so they don't deny my entry like last year. Instead, they take my money and give me paperwork of the Digital Registration (that is free by the way) and a piece of paper to deliver to the Embassy saying I'll be going to Berlin (which is a lie because I'll be staying in Wuppertal) They did nothing to ensure my travels. A waste of time and money.
It would have been better if up front I understood the procedure spread out over days. Seems like I could have uploaed the vaccine and test before the final processing. However the on line interactive did take me thru the procedure and the individual responded even though I got off line. that was good. Thanks jim mazza
I had a question and the chat person solved my problem by being knowledgeable and professional.
I was so pleased when I found this service. Just enter the country of the passport, upload a photo, and all the dimensions etc. are automatically correct.The website said: delivery within 8-10 days, which was plenty of time for me. Hours later, I got a message "Good news! Your printed photo(s) have shipped ... For shipping OUTSIDE the US, please expect a delivery time of 2-3 weeks." That was too long and not what was promised! UPDATE: iVISA recognised that their website was misleading & refunded my payment (minus a 10% "admin" fee). The photos, which arrived too late for purpose, were actually produced by Snapfish here in England and posted to me by 2nd class mail. So the photos had not been "shipped" when the message said they were; the order was outsourced to a local firm. Unless iVISA sends its emails by tugboat, there is no reason why orders outside the US should be so much more expensive and take up to 3 weeks.
Promised 4 hours for a passport photo on website but took over 12, which was too late for me. Then they didn't want to give me my money back at first but did so after stronger complaints. I guess if you have time to wait it might work OK.

The service was fast and the photo looks nice, but I need to print the photo and the resolution is too low for print. (I am based in Czech republic, so US based printing you offer is no choice for me)
We didn’t get a visa we got a application that stated it was free and took my money and told me call the embassy here in Iraq which it’s closed wouldn’t you being a visa underwriter know which ones are closed ? Thanks for nothing
