This was my second attempt for my current trip. The first (another company) were scammers. I applied, they took my money and that was it. Understandably I was a little wary the second time. The service I received was second to none. Straight, I paid for a four forward, easy to follow and responses were quick. I paid for a four hour turn around but my Registration on Entry was back within the hour. Exceptional old fashioned good service and customer service. I travel a lot and will definately be back.

I could have done it myself since I speak German, but it would have been more touch-and-go, and I would have been on edge until I received a positive response from the German government. As it was, iVisa.com took care of the entire matter in about fouir hours, and I was able to leave for my visit on time.

While I am not tech savvy it was pretty easy to figure out until it asked for the pictures on the Covid documents. Called my travel agent and we walked through it. Then I had to figure out to send a separate one for my husband. After that a piece of cake...thanks

Make you don’t send this to soon. Our plane from MSP doesn’t leave until 7:20 pm on the 12th. You guys did a good job but the process to go Germany is a pain. By the way our plane is supposed to land at 1:00 pm on Monday Germany time.
