Everything worked well. However, there was a note and link on the second page of our German Entry Passes that appeared to require more input (vaccination card again). I had to email customer service to see if this was actually required, and was informed (in a reasonable time) that, no, everything they needed had already been submitted.
The application to be filled in was clear and easy. However, we ran into difficulties in the second part when we had to upload things and it did not do it readily. This made the whole process a long one. Admittedly, I am not terribly computer savvy, but I had been hoping for an easier process. It’s done now and I am really glad it all worked out in the end.
All fine generally - just so confusing - all the paperwork, the tests, getting the results, knowing what to do when, finding all the information. The whole thing is absurd and totally over the top, though that is not your fault, of course.
