After multiple attempts to to complete the official India e-portal visa application, I was well beyond frustrated. No matter how I resized and reshot the required photos, I could not get the Indian site to accept them. I thought I might have to cancel my trip to India for want of a visa. Worse still the site will not tell you the photo is unacceptable until after you have paid the visa fee. The I-Visa site was literally a trip-saver in this regard. It was simple to complete their forms and not particularly time-consuming. And while the site quoted a 4 day turn-around time for my visa, I actually got it in 2 days. True the fee is not cheap. But after you have wasted money and energy on the official India visa site, you will find that the cost is actually a bargain. After all, would you rather be planning your vacation/trip or wrangling the a recalcitrant website?

I have just discovered the service offered by ivisa. I am really impressed by the reactivity offered, 24 hours to get the visa !!! The way of filling application form is very friendly and easy to do. I am struggling to apply for a Paper Business Visa, after 3 weeks I can not go further, waiting for an appointement to go to the Consulate. Why ivisa cannot help people for business visa application?

Quick and easy to get my Visa. My only negative was I would have liked a year visa and I got 30 days for the cost of this visa.
I initially tried to apply for an Indian tourist visa on my own, but the Indian government's app kept deleting the data I entered, so I decided to use a visa application service instead. The process was simple, and I was able to obtain the visa in just one day.
Received evisa within 2 days - excellent, but a bit pricey. By comparison it was impossible to do this via Indian High Commission on-line. Several calls to IHC gave the message "There is no one to take your call.." - useless. Also then invited to sign up for India Arrival Card, which I did, but now questioning whether I could have done that free of charge on arrival in India - cost for 2 people £99 approx

If you don't want to spend hour's on a computer trying to get your visa for India. Then this company is worth looking at, with out the aggravation of trying to deal with the India Government Visa Portal. My husband and I took about 20 minutes to fill in the questions, 2 day's later we had our visa. Paid a bit more, but I thought it was worth the money.
Planning alone my trip to India was already very stressful, as hotels don't communicate properly, train tickets are not possible to buy with foreign bank cards... so I was terrified from doing my eVisa through the government site, as it does not work properly either. So when I heard about iVisa it gave me hope. They delivered super fast, very comprehensible and easy fill in, no timed out pages. I prefer to pay a fee but have my mental peace. Having spent or rather wasted 5 hours over 2 days trying to complete my application at Indiaevisaonline I literally said f*** it to myself I'm going to book another holiday somewhere else even though my flights are paid for.when I stumbled upon ivisa I thought it must be scam .less than 24 hours later I have my evisa and that was paying just for standard 4 day turn around.Forgwt the extra expense and go for it.

After 11 incomplete attempts to connect/stay connected with the Indian government's official eVisa site, I was extremely frustrated. This is my third trip to India, but it was the worst experience. When I found iVisa, I was very pleased with the efficiency of the process, and now the speed at which the approved eVisa arrived. The process was very simple and straightforward, although the "Countries visited" portion was an unexpected frustration. I was only able to enter a few countries before it stopped accepting them. Plus, there were no questions regarding where I was staying or POCs, which seem to be priorities on most counties' eVisas. Regardless, I received my eVisa in two days! I appreciate iVisa's efficiency.
You saved us, i-Visa. We forgot to apply for our India visas and were facing a 4 day wait via the official website but we were due to travel in 48 hours. You processed the visas in 24 hours. Brilliant and thank-you. Further to my above review, I read that some people say this is a scam site because they paid i-visa when, going through the official channels may have been free. I understand that. They may be more expensive but they really do deliver. They have bailed me out twice by processing visas very quickly, saving me from my own stupidity and I am very grateful for that. I am considering subscribing to their yearly payment plan as I think they make the visa application process much simpler.
