I had tried for weeks on the Indian government website for me and my 5 family members. It was so tedious and fraught with so many glitches, I gave up as I had to start over so many times. I-VISA is expensive but the data entry and user friendly nature made it so much easier. Only the made this 4-stars vs 5-stars. Expect to pay about $90/visa more than what the Indian government charges. It's worth the time if you have the money.
Easy to handle. But it cost and it's not so fast how they say. We booked the 24 hours package but it comes 3 1/2 days later. Good to known. U have also other options. 😉

Very easy service to use. The photo taking was not great, it kept defaulting to the self-facing camera, and you could not select the rear camera, so used the option to upload the photos. The photo taking for the passport did not work correctly either so again uploaded photos separately.
Unfortunately the not pay me back my money that I’m paying two times for visa .

Very efficient and simple process - well worth using this visa service when the e-visa government website is not working well - as was my experience. Scores highly on Trustpilot and is more cost efficient than others, but of course more expensive than simply filling out the government e-visa application.

Easy to use, except for rhe photo of my passport. The page with all the information has a plastic cover, of course there's going to be glare when I take a photo!
This is a legitimate and great service! I was down to just a few days away from traveling, with no visa yet due to technical application difficulties. IVisa came through in less than 24 hours. The refund option was very appealing to me, and that if the visa was not approved, I would get the application fee refunded.

Ivisa helped me obtain my evisa for travel to India. I needed it in a hurry and they got it to me within 48 hours, whereas the gov site expected 4 days return. I paid for super-rush which was very heavy extra cost, but it arrived before my departure flight.
I have used iVisa numerous times. I have never navigated the application without assistance from the iVisa help team. So, on the one hand, I find the app process difficult, the assistance that I get when I request help is crazy good!! The agents are extremely helpful and really care about fixing the issue. So, I take the good over the frustrating and continue to support iVisa.
I would have given a 10 if I were not an ICT loser. Uploading photos and passport was not that simple. So my fault!
Really pleased that the visa was sorted out and on time but I spent 2 hrs on the live chat when I had a question which was very frustrating. Much of the time was just waiting for a response.
Very easy to do, took seconds to complete unlike the official government website which was very complicated. The only downside is it's quite expensive but worth the extra expense.

We had a little trouble uploading the documents. It overall it was a good experience of doing the task remotely. It was great that we were told that the document would be screened and considered with amendments sent to us for correction.
Everything else was very quick and easy to do. I needed to clarify something, but only got an ibot response, np phone numbers etc. That was the only negative.
