Was quite easy and straight forward (except for the passport scanning which I had to do several times) and even with the time difference the responses were very reactive. Shall most certainly recommend.

I had to keep taking pictures of passports to get it right

As you charge a premium fee to issue a government visa you obviously have a relation with some government officers. Asking to resend documents that are slightly blur should be waived as it is clearly readable! Our time is valuable as well so it should be made easier in my opinion

It was relatively painless. As in did not require too much effort. However I discovered afterwards that it was quite a lot more expensive than going via the Indian Embassy.

Its easy to submit the request and all informacions needed was clear to me
1. needed a trustworthy company- rather than a scam/dishonourable company 2. IVISA turned out to be in the trustworthy" category 4. Appears we requested visa application too early- and had to wait nearly 4 weeks for the Indian Government to process our application 3. IVISA did keep in contact with us- thank you. 4. the originally stated visa receipt date was 100% correct. 5. Based on our experience- Yes I would recommend IVISA to carry out the process of obtaining visas.
Good communication albeit used to crossover with other colleagues emails so repeating emails was confusing who was dealing with visa application Visa took a while to process which I found a bit stressful ..it did eventually arrive.
In the beginning I was very impressed by their kindness and helpfulness and they have been all the way through the process. One thing that bothered me was that often the emails about progress were somewhat vague. Of course they do no know how long each application takes but I would ask them to provide more of a time line and remember that applicants do not have the knowledge that they do and are bound to be anxious. So I would ask them now to review the wording of some emails. Nevertheless I use them again and recommend my friends to do so

Most of my experience was great. But I did have a problem with downloading my pictures. I had my picture taken at CVS, but the system seemed to not like them. I had my husband take a picture of me on my phone and it said I had glasses on, which I did not. So finally I just said to continue anyway and apparently they were accepted as I now have my Visa. Other than the picture issue the process was very easy.
I found the application process with Ivisa less stressful than another visa application sight I was directed to with my itinerary.

So much easier and straight forward compared to applying on the official Indian gov website for my visa,. A little more expensive but the whole process made it worth every penny.

I took a photo of my passport seven times and every time they said the passport wasn't flat. I don't have a luxury of ripping pages out of my passport so I can get my passport flat so I was a little annoyed. My computer crashed in the middle of the process which isn't your problem but it's my problem but I got it going today.

Instructions were clear however unnecessary information was collected unlike other countries passport details should be authentic enough for security purposes but where the traveller works company’s name is not necessary. Unlike other countries.
I didn't realize that you don't have to do this a month in advance
It was very simple and I can’t believe how quickly I received my visa. I have referred them to my friend who also is travelling with me.
I received my visa within 3 days of submission. I appreciated the opportunity to WhatsApp iVisa.com to resolve issues However when there was an issue with the picture, it took a day before I was able to able to chat with a human for a solution. This can be frustrating if there is a short term turnaround or emergency to get a visa.

Was easy to do... just thought a little expensive for what was involved in a $40 visa. When I did my 2nd one no mention of a discount available told friends to do it. And no referral discount. Only found out about that after all done and paid for both...bit dissappointing
