Overall Great The treatment was nice, and it went smoothly. 4 instead of 5 stars, because of some information, such as requirements for a business visa (invitation, business card) were a little difficult to find, some fields on the application were described insufficiently and fields which have been filled in one form had to be filled in again. Apart from being a little annoying, it creates a potential for human error. Looking forward to coming to India!
Will use Ivisa again. The online application was easy and done in 30 minutes and Visa issued in less than two weeks .

Getting the eVisa was easy and not hard to do. I waited approximately 5 days to get it and had no issues with printing it out for my up coming trip.

I received my visa very very quickly and let me take my flight. Need to improve the customer service (none reply to phone number and responses in chat are very very slow)
I hold an Australian passport. Last year when I applied from Australia I received the visa within 24 hours. This time I am travelling the world and at the moment I am in Bangladesh. I applied for the visa on 25th September. The money was deducted from my account straight away, however, it took a long time to get the visa. Finally it came to me on 7th October and I was a bit worried with the delay.
excellent service but no information about the timing of the Visa.... it was processed quickly but nobody mentioned that it cannot be applied for over 3 months ahead of traveling and hence had to wait longer than 72 hours until the application fell within the 3 months.
Overall a very smooth process. Website is easy to use. Reason not a 5 star because the visa application was not processed on the day it was supposed to. I had to email them twice to find out why before things started to move along.
Your people service was very courteous and responsive. However, the verbal instructions for the Visa photo did not match what I was told by my travel agent.(AMA) This caused me and you a great deal of extra work, which I found frustrating. Sincerely, er
In this case, I had to call for a claim, and wait 6 business days to be able to make the Visa effective. Contrary to the announcement they make 72 hours maximum waiting. Disappointed
The Indian government visa site is an absolute screw-up, so I tried the iVisa site. It worked smoothly, delivering the visa on time. It is however, more expensive than the government site and is quite a pricey option. It was worth it for me, because I had to give up on the official site.

Not being computer literate I found it impossible to load photographs without help.
The only problem I had was regarding my photograph. I would have liked more guidelines. Before I applied I sent two photos to check if they were ok. This created some confusion as I had several emails asking for my order number... which of course I didn’t have. After several emails from me trying to explain I had a reply saying photos were ok. But when I aplplied I was told the first photo was not ok. So best to have a few photos ready in your pictures in case one is rejected.
i found it much easier to get my visa approved, definitely better service than before. cheers!

this was my first time to apply for a visa in internet, so i was a bit skeptish, but i got my visa, l think the mistake l made was that l didn't stay in regular contact with ivisa, l was waiting for my visa,and they were waiting for my photo, which l had sent but they had not recieved. thank you to the people at ivisa, am travelling to Kenya so will be in touch.

My only complaint is that i purchased another indian visa from them approximately the same time last year but still had input all of the same information once again, even though somewhere on there site advertisement is mentioned that wouldn't be the case. We tried another vendor and failed. This IVISA worked very easily. Use the messenger service. They are very helpful.
Quick and fairly easy even a computer novice would not have much problems. Filling out the forms take 2 photos and upload is all u need to do. Cert approved in 3 days. Now I have mine returned with no problems, will do my wifes visa next.
It was awesome - my only issue was that I'd had days of frustration from the India Govt website and at one point on your site during my application your msg said 'we'll get back to you shortly' and 2 days later you hadn't got back. I went back on your site and had on on-line chat and was able to sort the issue immediately. Other than that it was an easy site to navigate, the help was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to apply for a visa through you again.
Why is there a field for religion? we should be able to leave it blank. Why is the website field mandatory?
