I spoke to a representative from the embassy and he told me that the price I paid for the visa was excessive. Their price is 80 NIS for one visa. And I paid close to 900 NIS for two visas. You are simply thieves and I will make sure to advertise this on all the networks if I do not receive an appropriate refund.
I applied for the visa twice: the first time my application was rejected but the reason was not clear to me and the second time the answer was delayed. I lost my flight and had to reschedule. I lost time and money and nerves. An expensive two-day visa service was sold to me, without any warning that the Indian government can take much longer to process it, so that that was no guarantee at all! It took a very long time to have a human and not a machine on the helpline, and it was too late!

It's a site that scams you! It looks like the official e-visa site but it's i-visa, they ask you for 86 euros more than the cost of the visa which is 26.00 euros. Not happy with having scammed you, they send you a second email asking you for more money for supposedly missing documents to proceed with the issuing of the visa. I didn't pay them and the visa arrived regularly anyway! Do not request the visa through this site but use the official website of the Indian government. You will only spend 26.00 euros!!!
Why do you charge AUD $196.08 when a visa obtained from the Indian Consulate costs AUD$42.49? That is AUD$153.59 MORE than going through the official channel!! What does that extra charge cover? I am outraged by this exorbitant price and will certainly be posting a warning on social media to make people aware.

I applied for an Indian visa. The company offered an expedite service of 36 hours which you pay an obscene amount of money for. I contacted the Indian evisa service directly to be advised there is no such service and that it can take up to 72 hours to process the visa. I contacted customer services and was advised that there is no expedited service but in there experience the visa comes back within 24-48 hours. The website is completely misleading and taking money for a service they can not legitimately offer. As per usual they have a disclaimer in the very small print of the agreement. I definately would not use them again and feel completely scammed.
We didn’t even need a visa. It was on arrival visa. Just the waste of money. Agent don’t tell you the truth they only need money.

You have issued a visa that expires before my return date from india. I have specified on my visa application the dates of my trip, but these were nit taken into account. I expect an adjusted/ new visa or a refund for the bad service i got. I will need this done asap.

It is extremely difficult to log back in to retrieve my documents. I never received the code to log back in. I will be reporting this site a fraudulent if I’m unable to retrieve or log back in.
The visa costed more than twice the price that is should cost and from my point of view it is fraud.

I got a email saying I was approved. The paperwork attached says rejected. This place is a scam.

I have a UK passport . All websites said I could not have an i-visa . I needed a paper one . No-one said why . No-one said how to get a paper visa or what it is . There is an i-visa and and e-visa - are they different? Finally I received an i-visa - I think . I had to make an appointment at the embassy - what for? The appointment was for a month after returning. What was that for? I have no idea how it all works . The process was so confusing I nearly cancelled my flight I'm going anyway and anticipate problems and even the possibility of being returned immediately .

I applied for Evisa as I was told all old visas were cancelled. After applying; I received a rejected email. I contact you and you mention you have no reasons and govt denied it. You sent me a copy and it says rejected due to multiple redundant application. I said does that mean it has been submitted multiple times and you said no. So I reapply feting again and same rejection. I called around and found out that previous visas were restored. I need a refund for both evisas I tried applying for.
Fraud site . They gave visa for my friend ( Serbian national ) for Goa India and we were denied to travel at the airport mentioning that Goa is not allowing foreign tourists since last 8 weeks. On complaining, nothing no refund . We even lost our ticket money. Better go through government sites directly.
The links in the email to fix the application are going ot bad gateway and this is urgent. There are no customer service or chat line numbers or links in the emails to help.
They just provide the delusion of progress. I couldn’t get my self declaration form until the last minute.

Paid for an expedited 3 day eVisa and didn’t receive it for more than 7 days. Able to get one free of charge directly on the embassy site before iVisa could obtain one
The process was great, the cost was reasonable, but the Indian Government reject the photo.
I expected hard copies, not digital copies I had selected 12 copies and i get a single jpg!!!
they gave me photo print which is 2 X 2 directly we can't go to Walgreens and cvs can't take 2 X2 print I paid 10 bucks for them to just edit the document but they gave me something which i can't use

You search evisa.gov.in and click on official website and a pop up window opens for ivisa thinking your making application from india.gov website. This is a rip off, official website will charge you $26 and ivisa charges you $106 for the same service but even slower processing time. Wish i knew better but never again. Save your money and apply direct.
