reasonably easy to use. I suggest you make it clear that BOTH the Passport AND the individuals photograph should be scanned & emailed at the same time. QUESTION : Is it necessary to include both the passport & photo of the individual … the passport includes the photograph already !!
Website easy to use. Initially had a problema sending information by email to the address stated, bur solved by excellent and attentive service.
Very fast service, received the visa the next day when advertised 5 days. Problem is that the visa is soooo expensive to visit India, $378 for two adults.
Fairly simple and quick. An improvement would be to not have to input the same info multiple times.
Fast, efficient and over delivered. My only comment is that before the payment is processed that the passport copy and photo be uploaded first not after ie. complete the application with all documents in the knowledge they were uploaded and complete and then go to payment details before finalising.
The application process went very well until I got to uploading my Passport photo. The upload process reached 99.9% and then aborted with the comment "unauthenticated". I raised the problem on on your chatline but got no response. Next time I tried to upload there passport photo it worked perfectly! Perhaps you sorted it after receiving my chat message? If so, a message to say it had been done would have been useful.
The level of customer support was great; in order to properly complete my registration, I had to communicate via text/chat with a representative. The representative was very responsive and knowledgable and was able to complete the actions to process my application. Resulting in timely completion/approval of application. However, I had to use a representative because the web site would not allow me to submit/upload the corrected documents needed. This was frustrating, but the representative made up for it.
Very good app. Works well Could be better on the “attatching files” section.
It was quite unclear what documents that needed to be provided for an Indian business visa. Before I started the application certain documents was stated as mandatory, but during the application, I couldn't upload these documents.
Overall very good experience. Very nicely and simply designed. Easy to navigate. Except for information I had to add, I couldn’t add it I had to ask for help. Also when the visa is issued it is not clear where the download button i had to search.
Very quick return on my visa and convenient service doing it all on line. Not travelling til 22/03/19 so hopefully there won't be any hiccups. If all goes smoothly, then definitely 5 stars.
The online application was so easy and when i had a problem, support was almost instant. I would highly recommend ivisa to anyone.
When we need more information, we get it very quickly and people answering are very nice. There are links not working very well and when we want to check if all informations on the visa are good, it is hard to connect because passwords don’t work properly.

I had to "chat" through web site after checking my visa order for India. It stated that order was complete and electronic travel authorisation (ETA) had been sent by E-mail to me, but I had not received anything in my Inbox nor in Spam folders The on-line agent speedily checked and sent me the ETA by E-mail - twice! So lesson is to check your order status as it appears that the iVisa web site may be ahead of reality.
In general this is a very good service. After many frustrating hours of attempting up upload photos and passport page on the India's official website I resorted to IVISA who succeeded and I received my e-visa within 2 days. I had a few minor issues with the IVISA data entry process which if addressed would make the data entry process more user friendly for me. Having said that it's relatively easy to use and would not put me off recommending IVISA if, like me, you are defeated by the Indian Government's official e-visa site.

CONTRAS: Little bit expensive, but within the market price. Still have to deal with this endless questionnaire and documents upload, so the procedure is pretty much the same as on the official website. PROS: very responsive and give prompt updates.

A little confusion around the picture submitted for the Visa but good overall experience anyway. I received a prompt response when I inquired about the issue with the photo and we were able to get the issue resolved quickly. The turnaround was also faster than I expected and I received my eVisa within days. Thank you!
Once I had found my way to your page it was easy to fill the forms in even if they were a bit repetitive. The problem I had was downloading our photos. It did help when I received a phone call if yourselfs informing me I could download a photo taken of my camera.
An expensive service but reliable and worth it if you urgently need a visa. We paid for their 48h rushed service the day before Xmas and received our indian tourist visa in just under 36h (compared to the 72h minimum required to apply through the indian govt website). Highly recommend iVisa if you’ve left it a bit late and want to eliminate any customs uncertainty 😊
If you need Customer support, call during regular American business weekday work hours; and you luck out, with a nice, helpful live person for guidance answering immediately!! Other times you are advised of 55 minute waiting times, and chat seems to put you on hold. Hard to get acceptable picture of passport uploaded. Even if it uploads, call customer support and the very nice, helpful, live person will look at the submission and let you know if it can be used or needs to be redone.
The service was so efficient and helpful. The only issue I had was with loading a good photo of my passport.
Not cheap but worth the surcharge to avoid the entanglement of the government site...they deliver against their commitment...one area of improvement is the response time to messages left on the website...once the process has started the messages are quick and accurate, however prior to the initial commitment their response to queries on the website are not always followed up. This is my second time of availing of their service and I would use them again
Because there were many representatives, their views were conflicting. For example, one rep said that my photo was unacceptable, and another one said it was OK. I supplied two different ones (both in colour), and what happened at the end was that the one one rep who said "unacceptable" got chosen. Other than this sort of annoying experience, iVisa has always be very prompt in answering the questions I had. I would rate 4 out of 5.

You have to be more precise when describe the requisites it need to send you and how must be them,colour,adress,etc for not to need more days the process asking for new matter,as new photo,new adress,etc Thanks
the visa came through really quickly which was wonderful! however i tried contacting ivisa via phone and chat and i found it very difficult to get help which almost had me use another service.

Customer service was quick and visa processing fast. However there is an error on the website that does not take into account transit tourists who do not have a hotel reservation as I did.
Good, easy and efficient. The website wasn't taking out photos for some reason but I got through to someone on their chat and it was sorted quickly. Took about 3 business days.
Should not charge for delivering the visa . Or advise customers it us not required
Flawless and disruptor in a sense that e-Visa is always a bit of bone in the neck. , whole document process was streamlined well. Increase your presence and add Google search capabilities though this did not show as first one when applying visa comes in mind
4.5 Actually. I was a bit taken back when I received an email after payment/ submission that the visa may take more than 30 days. However it took less than 4 business days after further documentation was requested. All in all, i would recommend.
Processing of the iVisa was very fast but then I paid an exorbitant price for super fast application processing.

It went well except when I saved so I could retrieve some more information and when I returned to my application, the previous information was not saved. Otherwise I had a good experience and will recommend it.
Overall good service. Glitches: specs should be provided for photo and passport uploads (ie: not just dimensions but resolution, too). After guessing 4x as to what resolution the photo (jpg) should be, I finally got it large enough and it was accepted, but no such luck with the passport pdf. No matter how large the file size was (entailing several rescannings), I got an upload error on the resolution (or file corruption; wasn't a corrupt file). I waited on chat about 35 minutes before someone responded, but he accepted the passport as an attachment and passed it on as he said he would. Service was delayed because of site busyness by 2-3 days. Not a problem as plans were made well ahead of time and it didn't affect us. They were aware of pushing off people taking later trips to get to the ones coming up soonest, and that was fine; the delay wasn't long.
make sure you scan your pictures in 600 dpi or they won't accept them . fast service.
I had a bit of issue w/ pic but overall quite simple.
It was easy to complete the Application Form and the website was easy to navigate. I talked to Jamila and she answered all my questions and assured me that I had provided all the information needed. The next day, I received my Visa via email and a notification that an official copy is arriving by mail. Excellent service!!!
I have had a lot of difficulties to insert my photograph to your website. More than 4 times changing the size of the picture in order to finish all processes successfully.

This service was great! Cheaper than others I have found and easy to follow. The only thing I didn’t like was that I wish I knew what all I needed before I started the application process. I had to leave in the middle to get my picture and was worried it was going to time out or something. It all worked out but I could see it would be difficult for people who aren’t as tech savvy as I am.
