Good service although the webpage form process could be a little more agile (not to have to re-introduce the data when page failed to submit).
I was impressed by how easy it was to apply for the visa, compared with other websites. Your staff were helpful when I inadvertently provided a photo which was the same as that in my passport (it hadn't caused problems previously). You also let me know there would be some delay because I had applied for a 30 day Visa and there was more than 30 days before I returned to Australia. I had thought that previously the Visa started from the day I was to enter India, but obviously this isn't so, or maybe things have changed. I'll definitely use iVisa again.

Everything was ok. However, I would have like that you be more clear on the fact of the ETA starting and ending date vs my travel. It caused me confusion.
It is very complicated to fill in the requirements on line, but all the contacts I had later with the various people in charge were all very understanding and efficient. Congratulate the team but simplify the procedure!
I found iVisa very easy to use and it seems with a quick result. I would have chosen 5 stars except I did not receive an email advising that my visa was ready. After 1 week I decided to check on the link to see the progress only to find that the visa had been completed some days before. I double checked my inbox and spam however, there was no email confirming. Otherwise, very satisfied. Many thanks

At the end I had my visa, but I had to doubt about. I did not get any message that my photo was not correct and could not be used. So it was a coincidence that I got in contact with ivisa for asking why there was no progress in the process, and then I could send another photo...
Very good and efficient service,any queries answered quickly. Tried to obtain a visa directly but found it far too stressing. Site kept crashing, I.Visa maybe not yhe cheapest but seems to be one of the best. You get what you pay for. A quality no fuss sevice.

There was a snafoo coming from the US Passport agency and unfortunately iVisa was not able to coordinate with them or my destination country in time for my flight BUT iVisa was able to take care of my Visa in LESS than 24 hours so that I could travel during an international holiday. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had to pay full price twice.

I found the procedure straight forward. Surprisingly there were no difficulties in uploading files! The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was that I felt the time frame from submission to completion was a little long.
I visa is a quick and easy way to apply for your visa. They give great updates and are very consistent.
I would have given 5 stars for the ease of applying and getting an e-visa. It's a great leap from what it was a few years ago. My only complaint is, why do you want parents, name, birth place and all for an adult. India has one standard application forms for minors and adults. It's time to move on from the age old system and start treating people as individuals.

The service was great but I was hoping to be informed when the delivery of visa was taking time. As I had already bought my ticket I was very tensed after the rush delivery time was over but I had still not got my visa. It would be great if we are notified after the delivery period is over why we are not receiving the visa.
Was concerned when there was a delay. As did not know when will get it considering holiday period. Also would have opted for 30 day one, but once visa approved, the 30 day starts, so sort of inconvenient. Other than that good job. Thank you

I was very happy that there was a service that could provide me a Visa in 5 days, and I was willing to pay for that service. However, they did not. They said there was a delay from the government. I responded to their email notification on day 6 of the delay and ask what I should do, knowing I was leaving shortly. I received no reply. Then I tried their chat bot, answered all their questions , and was told there was no one available to help me and that I should email them. So I went on their website found their phone number and called on day 7. They issued it to me within 5 minutes of the phone call. Their system is setup to appear like any kind of tracking system. They set my expectations that I would be notified every step of the way. While I did get the visa, and it was faster than had I done it myself through the governmental processes directly, and cost me more, they should have set my expectations on the possibility of a delay, and when the delay happened they should have set my expectations and how long the delay might be. Would I use them again? Yes. Would I pay for a rush next time? No. Would I allow myself even more padding in terms of time as a contingency in case of delay? Yes.
It was not made clear on the application page that passport photo had to be in colour. This delayed the process somewhat. As I was visiting other countries before going to India, my Visa approval arrived only the day before I left NZ
There is so much fraud out there on line I need to be assured this is a legitimate site and I think there could be more done with messaging around security. Also would be nice to be connected to an agent to work with to ensure private and security. I made my payment but most sites say directing you to secure site this one did not.

I applied for a 48-hour urgent visa, it took me a little longer, I received it the day after this deadline, but the attentive, effective and assertive treatment of your customer service employees makes at least those 4 stars deserve, I would request again any visa with you without a doubt ...
I sent the visa to print at my local Staples store. If that works I assume that all is fine and I appreciate everyone’s help.
The visas granted are expiring just 2-3 days after our planned departure to India. I understand it is valid for 30 days from the first entry, but in case of an unexpected delay we would need to apply for new visas. Ideally, the visas should be made valid from just a few days prior our departure. Otherwise the whole process was very smooth.
This process was complete in 2 and a half days. very straight forward. price not the greatest, but to be expected

I had problems downloading the documents. When I asked for help, they responded and helped me to accomplish the task. Other than that, the application was quite straight forward.
Easy to use, prompt service BUT service charge higher than several others that our group used (reply time about the same--within hours of each other). I am sure that with a small lowering of their fees ivisa will do really well, as application site is easier to use than some others.
UI was awesome. Steps and Processes were very clear. India evisa was delivered just 2 days after application. It was great experience! …except too many annoying discount offer emails from David@iVisa.
Thnx for the visas. It is NOT easy to reach you, almost "sales prevention" to waste time waiting for a person to respond to my call. Thiis is not professional.
The website is very clear, the application process as simple as it can be made, and I liked the support I got for my Indian visa. The biggest issue was I paid the highest price for 24 hours and it took a little over 2 days. No refund was offered. I just suggest that these promises aren't made if they can't be fulfilled and/or make the customer whole when you under-deliver.
Quick and simple, More you do not want... ! Although it would nee nice if they store your basic data in your profile for a next application, so that you do not have to fill it out again. I could not find this option

The chat room was excellent - very quick, polite responses at all hours with the information I requested. They also checked the docs to make sure they would be processed by the Indian govt e visa people. The issue was that they appeared to guarantee a 24 hour processing which I paid 100 usd for. Instead it took about 56 hours (just fyi indian govt processes over the weekend which is great) I am happy I got the e visa just in time for travel, without any complications, but it would be good if there was a disclaimer that a 24 hour processing time is not guaranteed. However, they did refund me 65 usd ! due to the later processing without me formally requesting it! Good on you. Overall - it is trustworthy - they do most of what they say they will, except for the 24 hour guarantee. But they do refund if it does not happen in advertised time. I will use the service again.
Although we paid $130 extra for the visa to get here in 24hrs (because of the guarantee) our visas did not get approved until 5 days later. I understand the government is responsible for the approval so with that being said, this company should not offer any sort of guarantee since they have absolutely no control over the governments timing. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the great customer service I received when trying to get a refund. Other than that I would have rated this company a 1 star for false advertising.
Will have appreciate a corect answer the first time i ask the chat person about: if i can apply for visa without having a return flight! This cause me to have to pay the big rush instead of normal price! Beside this i'm hapy with the process Thank you
The website is difficult to attach photos and passports. Even after I had them uploaded I had to send passport documents again. They need to work on this but fortunately they came through for us.
