The customer service chat was great but filling out the requirements for the visa was complicated at times.
The process was simple and the visa came through within 24 hours. The only problem was that when it came through it said you had to complete the process. This was misleading, as there was nothing more to do, other than print it out. It took two attempts to establish that the process was actually complete.

The application form was relatively easy to complete but the sending of scans was more difficult. We have a scan availability on our printer but this was not satisfactory so in the end we had to go to PQ Southport to have a professional scan done.

Instructions were clear and the process was user-friendly. It may differ for different nationalities but as a holder of a Singapore passport, I just needed four documents/items and it took 3 working days to obtain an approval.

It was easy to apply, but if a mistake is made its difficult to get immediate help when asking on WhatsApp, as per the suggestion by yourselves. Communication was good by email. Overall it was a good and efficient experience as I received the visas very fast, to my delight.
I have obtained several visas in the past. Comparatively, this has been easier and simpler to successfully conclude than any I can recall having applied.
How fast they are and the possibility to track the status in the app

Was good experience. Only issue I had was uploading a suitable pic for my visa., but after a few attempts and watching their how to take pic on YouTube finally got it right . Price was better than other visa sites for same product ., will use again if I need another visa

it is a very easy-to-use application. The response time is fast and the process is simple as the documents required are minimal. However, I was surprised that the issuing date is not based on my traveling dates on the form that you requested me to complete but rather on the date you are granting me the visa. I was planning earlier but it became a penalty as it negatively affected my travelling schdule.
While the initial experience of what photos to take etc is somewhat confusing, the help service was excellent and enabled us to get the visas issued in less than the time assessed - with great help!
It was not directly clear that visa's are only available 30 days before and it was not directly clear what the date of expiry of ETA meant. For all the rest, this is a very easy way of applying for a visa and they communicate well about the whole process by e-mail.
Would have been 5 stars other than when/if a document is rejected, a number of generic reasons are given. It would be more helpful if the specific reason could be given. Otherwise, an excellent service.

The iVisa form was easier/shorter than the Indian Government form - which presumably means that some of their answers were 'unreliable'. I had completed the forms directly with India but there was a problem with the visa payment - i was rejected 7 times and as my need was within 4 weeks I decided to go to iVisa - and I had the visa granted within 24 hours - hopefully, it is valid/legit as the Indian Government say that no agencies have been authorized to make submissions. I know that iVisa are a business but their charge is rather a lot for submitting a form that I had already completed - although they did submit my photo which for me needed reducing in file size and for them too presumably. A few minutes work with a hefty charge - but not as high a charge as other agencies. But they pretty much guaranteed approval within 5 days and this process provided peace of mind. Use them again - YES.
I had to chase up a number of times to check the status and it was only processed on the 10/10 after reminding you when the mail stated this would be done automatically on the 11/10 otherwise good
I was a little bit apprehensive for I submitted all the requirements by June 20, was informed will receive Visa by Sep 22. Came Sept 22 and I had a back and forth communication sending all requirements which I thought was sufficient. After a week of back and forth sending copies of our passports and photos was finally assured being processed. Got it now and was so relieve. Thanks.
Thank you, iVisa! I got my India visa in the time promised. The only reason I gave you a 4 instead of a 5 is that it took me so many tries to get the right photo of my passport. Once I emailed you for help, the documents were accepted without further tries. Thank you for getting us out of a time crunch to get our visa. You are a life saver! Blessings!

Good work, once sorted. Virtual chat very slow and delayed to get a response but in the end once all information provided, what was supposed to be 5 days, was 1. Great stuff!

Not very helpful in this service but I email over 10 times to Ives or ivy and 2 other agents. i was asking for CSM victor because I can't process my discount code on my niece's visa and they were not helpful at all. so I had to pay full price on 2 visas because I can't find a discount code. Until today I didn't get a hold of Victor the CSM... Some agents don't care here and one was very rude to me. visa is issued before time. I am proud of using this company. They didn't give me a discount code on the chat at all.
Ok i had many problems with the foto and scan for the pasport but you explain it well and on the end it was going well
Pictures are fine and I appreciated that you contacted me when you weren't sure about something. If I were you, I would change the timing to 3-5 days.
