The price (for families ) get 50% discount. But, after having paid it was suprisingly I had to fill in the forms about our parents name, where they were born. And a lot of other questions, took some time.

However, during the process there was a pop up ad offering full refund insurance in case your application is declined and another with an offer to speed up my application for a mere $100 or so extra dollars, which I also declined.My visa was approved within 24hrs
Incredibly efficient after uploading the documents. Less than 36 hours. Amazing. Not the clearest instructions on how to upload the documents though (and thus comes after you’ve paid the fee). I persevered though and I’m glad I did. Thanks
The form was easy to fill out online. The process was simple and straightforward. When the photos of passport and myself had to be uploaded there was a warning a few steps before so I could prepare of what was to come. Generally a good experience.

The first photo of my passport was not accepted because it was upside down (top down). I took the photo of my passport on a table and the photo was not the right way up...it's strange that the program doesn't know how to handle this automatically.

Relatively straight forward information requirements. Website click sections are easy to use. The downloads are simple but I had three rejection notices. I carried on regardless and at least one of the attempts was OK despite the rejection notice!

Everything was good.slightly improve on document upload process.after uploading documents it doesn’t change the color to save and proceed.if it can change the color on save and process button it will be great.
After trying multiple times and failing to get my Visa through India’s own website iVisa made the process simple and easy. Website was really user friendly, easy to upload the required documents. You can download the app to see the process of your application. Great service only downside is it’s very expensive.

Easy form but more explanation neeeded on dates. Much much easier than the Indian government form which we tried to complete but was way too complex. The visa dates are not those you arrive and leave but the dates are the period where the visa is valid to enter India. Only found that out after a long search on the Internet. I wish you'd told me clearly.

Company website was awesome and easy. Everything went smooth except my passport. I did not know you need a scanned copy because you never said that because how else can you hold it down except use your fingers or then if you lay down, you don’t take a picture with purpose focus I wasted two days of time on that and made me nervous but nevertheless once I gave you the scan copy within one day, you’ve got it done as an excellent service I will use it again with these crazy countries with all the laws it’s really wild, so thank you so much for your service

Really helpful as I needed to sort a visa in less than 24 hours. Secured and user interface good compared to official Indian website.
I was kept informed at every stage of the process. My only point would be that I inadvertently submitted a photograph that I knew was incorrect, but without cancelling the whole application,I couldn’t cancel and resend the correct one until it had been checked and I was informed it was wrong. The only thing it did was delay the process by a day. However, I was very pleased with the timing and outcome.
All finished well, but Indian gov visas are painstaking. Would prefer to be able to speak to a staff member when problems arise.
Fastest service. But Consulate showed their fee is only $40 but I paid $132 for standard service. I don’t know why.

When I placed an order it wasn't clear that I could travel only by air and sea not by Road. I am visiting Bangladesh and India now and want to go to Bangladesh first and then accompany some other family and friends to visit Meghalaya and Assam by Road. Original instruction not clear on precise requirements 1. You rejected new passport photo at original size yet accepted an enlarged photocopy? 2. You did not make it clear to me that you needed the double passport page, but I then found it in the example. Your speedy response was quite remarkable.
Quick and easy. One star less due to unclear or misleading (obviously intentional) advertising. For example competitors mention roughly 60€ cost, IVisa ads highlight 30€ .. then add 30€ service fee when you finish the application. I am sure there is a clear fineprint, but I don't care! "Be like Bill, be more transparent"

The experience was very good: instructions were clear, notifications came often, and processing time was excellent. The only reason that I did not give a five-star rating is that the pricing was misleading...it was not until later in the process that I learned how much the "service charge" was, on top of the Indian fee. That rate seems high. However, I do appreciate the fast service. Thank you.
