Everything is ok except the requirement for the invitation letter should have been stated on the first page. A first time user of this service would check the first page. The format of the invitation letter is presented after payment. When you are in a hurry, this creates a delay and you have to ask the host for a new invitation letter.
I paid extra for my visa to be fast tracked and as promised , it was with me within 24 hours . Also such a easy process to go through to acquire the visa . The only very small issue was payment . For the first 3 times , my bank rejected the payment as a possible scam . My bank got in touch with me to make sure the payment was being made by me .After I confirmed it was me , there were no issues
I had a little trouble with the website when applying, but it was mostly me not being familiar with it. Also my credit card blocked the charge at first, with Americans that might happen more often, so you might add a notice warning about that. Also I did not receive notification, probably went to spam, but when I went on to look I was able to download it easily. THANKX

Great service. Would suggest listing all the photos, documents etc that are required prior to starting the application. Would save a lot of time. Otherwise easy to navigate.

My only concern is the idea of logging into the website with a password and username in order to retrieve the visa document. If the pdf was not attached there would be no hope of retrieving it, and I don't remember any instructions during the visa process to make note of a username and password. Perhaps that was only for those who didn't choose to submit as a guest, but that should be clarified when the visa is emailed.
Excellent quick service. The official Indian website is very contrary so this service was a godsend.
It was not apparent why the invitation letter was initially rejected. I did not see where it stated on your web site what was required in the letter.
This is not the Indian government site. It is an agency applying on your behalf. It is more expensive. BUT it was very very fast.
Much help provided along the way. Shame about the need for such specific photograph clarity. What should be a simple process took us more than 10 hours due to the photos being rejected all the time.
Visa for India The process was relatively simple until it came to taking photos of my documents. Nothing seemed to be good enough. Then, when I thought it wasn't perfect, they accepted it. This was frustrating, otherwise, all good.

The visa application process was good. I personally had issues with the photos, younger people I am sure would be fine. The visa arrived within two days.
Two years ago I applied for and received a visitors VISA for India, the application took about 10 days to complete which I was happy with. It was easy to use- i was kept updated. The visa was done quickly. The online agent was helpful and very polite, a bit difficult for older people like me to communicate that way. The only negative is that the customer is not able to go back into the application to make changes before submitting.

It was quite easy to request the visa for India. My only problem was, that pictures were not easy to upload so faces could be recognized.

What made my experience great it easy to complete information required, I was updated on how my visa was progressing.
Easy to fill out.. It took however quite a while to receive the visa, which is not so good when you like to book the flights and arrange appointments
It was easy, however it got a little confusing when we were required to refill the form’s after they were sent off.
The application and management of the entire process is complicated and time consuming. Example: not all details appeared on the application pages and I had to follow up with emails and whatsapp messages. However, once I started corresponding with real human beings, everything went very well. They were responsive, timely, and very effective.
Very straight forward and easy to apply. I’ve yet to receive my visa, however, assuming I get this in a timely fashion, you will be getting a 5 star review. I do not dish out superlatives unless well deserved so let’s see how long it takes to conclude my application…!

IVISA has been easy & responsive. My only concern was with waiting until less than a month of my departure when India would review my Visa application. Thankfully it was approved within 24 hours & emailed to me!
