Yes. Indian passport holders entering Indonesia with an eVOA (Electronic Visa on Arrival) are granted an initial stay of 30 days, which can be extended once for an additional 30 days.
The extension must be requested before the visa expiry date through the official Molina immigration portal. You will need your passport details and current visa information. Once the extension fee is paid, the approval is issued electronically and emailed. Extensions cannot be processed after the visa has expired.
Indian citizens are eligible for both an eVOA (online) and a Visa on Arrival (VOA) at the airport.
Applying for the eVOA before departure is recommended because:
A standard VOA issued at the airport can also be extended, but the process requires an in-person visit to a local immigration office. If you plan to stay beyond 30 days, the eVOA offers more flexibility.
Yes. Travelers arriving directly in Bali must pay a mandatory Bali entry levy of IDR 150,000 (approximately USD 10).
This levy is separate from visa fees and applies regardless of nationality. Payment can be made online before arrival via the official Love Bali platform. a QR code of payment confirmation may be checked upon entry. Travelers entering Indonesia through other airports (such as Jakarta) are not required to pay this levy.
