The cruise company provided a web site to get visa for Indonesia. I could not get the Visa on this site after several attempts. I thought my computer was the problem because it started to process my request then stoped and would not finish. I took my computer to my service center. they went on the web site and allowed 4 hours and never completed my request. The found Ivisa and we used.
The process was fairly simple. It would be helpful in some cases to be able to verbally to communicate

When i received an email that there is still something outstanding it referred to the document and passport information must match, however there is no way to access the document that you have submitted in order to double check. Perhaps make that available on your website.

we applied for Bali visa - when we did initial application it cam up allow 20 working days - a week later follow up it said 39 days. i followed this up and they did their job

It's scam, i went through customer and they literally told me i got scammed and this is not their website. I don'r know why i can't reply to your reply. I sent you and email with the email that you guys sent me. When i went to border patrol in indonesia they told me first of all this is not a visa it's supposed to be for customs, so after i payed for visa I went to customs and they made me pay again because they don't recognize this as legit. They pointed me at the official indonesian website to get the customs declaration and any other website they consider a scam.
The process was a bit complicated due to the back and forth, but it was very professional and in the end the result was great

This is only the first part of the process. It was simple to complete. I hope the remainder of process is as good but I won't know until I arrive in Bali. I always enjoy Bali so any disappointment will only be temporary.
Visa didn’t work in Bali and had to buy a new one.
I would like to request a refund. The customs declaration does not require any payment and customs officials at immigration passed me on to border security where they did not accept this document you provided. Therefore, I had to go back to immigration and purchase Visa on Arrival. The electronic form I completed to get my customs declaration took less than a minute to complete. This was a waste of my time and money and request I receive a full refund.
Its a scam. They made several mistakes on my and my partners forms and refused to correct them.

iVisa’s service is terrible. I paid for a health clearance and you sent me a customs clearance. They are not the same thing. I paid for a annual visa subscription service and I want my money back! I’ve asked for a phone call to discuss this and I get no reply. The people that I’ve corresponded with don’t seem to know what they are doing. I’m a very angry customer who will not be using your services again.
There was inconsistency in communication which worried and frustrated me. Asking for the same documents over and over. No proper explanation for what was the issue. Luckily I was still able to get my visa in time. I think the service could have been much better if it weren’t for an entire week of miscommunication and waste time.
After reading a number of negative reviews, I must admit to being very worried, but my experience was overwhelmingly positive - and the visa arrived so quickly. My only complaint is that the service is very expensive.

Just began this process and can honestly say completion of application for ivisa on line was completed with ease. Only issue was a note that stated “not complete”. However when I sent query I received a response in a very timely manner to ease my concerns. I know my application is in process and following the normal route for full approval.

I have a problem. You write on you website the time to stay is 90 days. On my Visa write for 60 days. My planned stay is 65days.. my flys are booked and are payed The only good thing it really easy to booked the visa on your website.

For Port of Departure your dropdown choices should include all airports of all countries and not just a handful of choices. It would have been a smoother experience had Dubai been included in the list of your Port of Departure. In fairness to ivisa.com your staff attended to our complaint fast and was updating us.

This is the worst service i have ever received. Charged me for 30 minutes service (i paid for rush rush service) $60. Received an email there are delays due to high traffic... DID NOT receive a visa, got a health certificate which is free anyhow in 18 hours. Asked for explanation and refund - was answered in a bad manner - NEVER IVISA AGAIN
Actually I can't understand what is card you sent , it doesn't have any information to review as it's barcode, I was expecting to receive electronic visa ! So my query is this card you sent me will allow entry to Indonesia !!
