iVisa was timely, VERY responsive, and helpful in obtaining our eVisas for Indonesia. We were using another vendor recommended by our cruise line and were disappointed to the extent that we selected iVisa as a backup. The other company, to this date, has only provided the eVisa for my spouse whereas iVisa completed our full request in a week. iVisa's Chat function works very well also.

The overall process was smooth, instructions were easy to follow and turnaround time was quick. Only difficulty was getting photos of my and my husband’s passports to upload due to glare. It took 4 or 5 tries until we finally taped the passports to the wall and that seemed to work.
It was fast, even it was saturday afternoon, I received visa in 4 hours.
Visa came through quickly, hopefully no problems at the airport going through but overall it was easy to do. We are staying 6 hours though and for the mandatory address we just used the airport one, went through fine.

The whole thing was much quicker than I was expecting. I inadvertently created two applications so was in a panic but after a very helpful “chat” one was cancelled. It also much easier to attach copies of documents than I had expected - which is what I was nervous about! I have read some bad reviews about this company but personally I have had an extremely good experience.

The company kept me informed all the way to the visa being processed though it was slightly stressful getting the passport scanned over and I had to do it several times as the images were blurred or had reflections on them.

To fill in the necessary data has good guidance, step by step. It should be possible to change the parameter „how long should it takes to verify my data“ I took 4 houres and payed 39 USD.

I had to submit my documents (photograph and passport scan) at least five times because no specific reason was given for them not being accepted just a generic message which covered pratically everything. I began to fear that it was yet another scam!

The service very is good, but I was extremely concerned about giving personal financial information to a website. I think that information should be completely deleted after it has been used, and I’m also concerned that it’s not actually necessary for visa applications.
