Very costly even for 24 hour service which was done in 15 minutes could have paid for rush but could have taken longer for return don’t really understand why so expensive!

Response time is very quick. Site is easy to use and works well. On the downside there is nothing to instruct you what you need to have ready and there is no advice as to how much it will cost. Yes, it is more expensive than the standard VOA at the airport. However you don't need to queue for hours as I did last time when the system was updated, but no one knew how it worked. Bank transfer for payment would also be a good addition. not everyone has a credit card handy.
The experience was tempered by us being older and retired and therefore finding some of the steps challenging to do on the computer.
The explanation in filling out for a visa was well explained and what you needed to have was also explained e.g. passport, photos and copy of airline bookings.

Useful to get the visa in advance but the site is a little clunky and I had to resubmit some forms for no particular reason

It was fast processing and yes it was on the expensive side the other visa process company Molina did not process my application effectively nor any messages returned to get an update on the status of my applications. Admittedly this site is expensive but I had to use it as there was not other provider fast processing and communicated to me as soon as I applied. Well done.

The e visa arrived the day after I completed the required information and photographic requirements. The must view tutorial video, to minimise photo glare on your passport photos, do not use flash and all was fine, easy to rectify the two passport photos as you only need to edit the ones which required attention, it also helps to save your photos to Jpeg formation before downloading them.
The app is helpful for informing of the documents you uploaded is accepted or not.
