I wasted five hours trying to get my Indonesia visa. It never would accept my uploaded photo of my passport. I finally remembered iVisa. Ten minutes later I had submitted two applications and received our Visas in about 15 minutes. I have already been advising others to use iVisa.

Everything works fine, except for the photo uploads. I often us the same photo for my visa applications and funny enough your platform sometimes rejects for not being clear or not showing the whole head etc. it and sometimes accepts it. It is too sensitive and annoys me. A reason to stop using this service.

It was difficult to get an appropriate selfie that the website would accept. I didn't know why the picture was not accepted ("can't see entire face" - I think my beard confused it?).
Could be helpful to let applicants know from the start what information will be asked for. I miss any prios information on the total price. Only government price is indicated up ublntil the payment page. All of a sudden the price jumps up about 4 times on the payment page. Provided we get the visas ready as stipulated on your site, we are otherwise happy with the services. We are hoping that dealing with visas ahead of arrival will shorten the arrival process.

My wife and I requested three visas: Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand. The Indonesian process was smooth and easy; we had our visas in a matter of hours. Likewise the New Zealand process. I had one request for a new photo, fulfilled it and we had our papers in several hours. The Australia process was quite different: after submission nothing happened for more than 72 hours with no information or request for new photos. When I inquired, I was told that these things took time. Fair point. I then got a request for three new submissions. For a selfie, I was asked to provide the document in English. What? It's a photo. For selfie#2 I was told that the selfie and the passport photo could not be the same photo. They weren't: we took one and the passport agency took the other. Long story short, after another go-around about my selfie, we did indeed get our documents. For the Indonesian and NZ documents, it was a good 5 star process. For the Australian process, it was no better than 2 stars due to the irrelevant and redundant requests.
Adding the photographs was quite difficult. I wasn't aware that I couldn't use the passport photo. Also photo of passport rejected a few times

It was fast and (fairly) simple to use ... and compared to the site presented by Indonesian (which did not really even work at all), the relatively low cost of this was cheap -- especially considering I got my visa approved and sent to me in less than a day.
The process was easy and quick. The entire process from start to receipt of the visa was about an hour. Prior to this we spent days trying to get the government site to work, with ho luck.

Easy to use; Quick response when a picture was blurry or not as readable as it could have been. The whole experience was fairly easy. The only recommendation is to put a list of information that will be needed at the beginning so all documentation can be gathered before starting the process. i had to keep getting up and finding the next piece of information.
