Excellent service. Super fast delivery from application online to visa receipt via email, less than 15 minutes!!! My only feedback is the price is a little high compared to getting a visa on arrival at the airport. Not a complaint though considering the 15 minutes 👍

The Indonesian e-visa application process was user friendly and intuitive. It allows you to save the steps completed and restart the process, when you have the other required information to hand.

It took awhile but everything was done on-line.. They were very thorough but I had all information at my fingertips on my iPhone. Once the application was submitted it was accepted and the requested visas were issued in hours and delivered to my iVisa account. Eazy peazy.

It was quick and simple to apply and get the visa but I don't know why it charged me an extra $350 when you could get this visa at the airport upon arrival without paying anything extra. This should have been explained so I could make an informed decision.

I had a problem where I uploaded the wrong photo of the applicant. I contacted iVisa via WhatsApp and they immediately helped me with their expert agents. Ivisa, online registration went nice and straight forward, very clear and easy, during passport control totally no problem, only had to fill in a seperate regristration at the airport before going through the customs.
Only thing at the start permit application make sure everyone has their flight /passport /accommodation and all related info before you start application in front of them had to go back and forwards that’s just me
