Straightforward application process. Website easy to navigate. Documents uploaded easily. A bit expensive but I had no alternative as the official Indonesian visa service didn't work. Visa delivered in less than an hour. Should have used them earlier as it would have saved me hours of time and stress on the Indonesia portal

The process of applying for my eVisa for Bali was simple to complete with iVisa. I received by eVisa within an hour after completing it. They also have an app for storing the eVisa for easy retrieval.

Extremely good experience with your site. I had tried a number of times to get the Indonesian tourist visas using the official government site but it was extremely frustrating. I tried 3 times and still encountered problems and was unsuccessful. I know that I had to pay more with your site but it was quick and easy.

Easy process. Just need to remember that when it asks for your flight details, that you can put N/A in the flight number area if you are not entering by plane (ie: Ferry etc).
