I was having difficulty uploading a photo, or taking one that would be accepted. I must have tried 8-10 times, but to no avail. I went to the live chat and Juan was incredibly helpful! He was somehow able to get my photo accepted, and guided me through the remaining steps. He answered other questions for me, and was so kind and helpful. I would have given up if he had not helped me complete the application.
