Well, I rate it with three stars because I applied for my visa to Indonesia on time and when they sent me the approval it was from last year and I feel distressed because my trip is on April 9 and I'm still waiting.
The cost of ivisa was nearly 4 times more than getting the visa directly through the government evisa website. Bit annoyed that I paid so much extra for the same piece of paper.

Each time I try to submit my answer you disappear this is the type of problem I had. As I wrote before I will never ever try to get a Visa on line and have my a promise to my husband and her to that. Throughout the visa it said I was going to pay in Canadian dollars, right up and even including the acceptance click. Then after my visas are approved I get an email saying thatnk you for the payment is USD. That is a huge difference in value and not what was agreed upon. Majorly upset by this overcharge

Congratulations. Simplicity of required inputs for an Indonesian visa was amazing. Uploading of PP and photo may challenge digitally inexperienced applicants who dont know their way around their PC to copy and upload.
Unfortunately using Ivisa I paid AUD438 (just over AUD$300 more than what I should have paid) for my 2 Indonesian visitors visa ! Admittedly I left the booking a little late (within 24hrs) only to find upon arrival to Indonesia that I could have paid for my visa upon entry in local currency (approx AUD $50).
The whole process was very easy to use, quick and informative at every stage.

The app itself is easy to navigate but one part of the requirements was rather trying. That was the travel part where it asked for your flight arrival and departure flight from Indonesia it didn’t cater for arriving by cruise ship and no information was given to how to reply to this question. If it wasn’t for the ‘live chat’ i wouldnt have had a clue how to proceed with the application. Maybe this information could be applied some how.
