Didn’t realize this a private company, if I went though the Israeli website it would of be $10 instead of $96
I have no problem with iVisa, the procedure was very clear, however I had no idea that one needed a visa to enter Israel. There is no advice on the Embassy website in Australia that mentions a requirement for an Australian to get a visa to enter Israel. The only instruction is to that anyone who has an expired Israeli passport can enter Israel until the end of 2025 with their foreign passport.
It is a little confusing. I got a message that the application was approved, and there was a document attached, but I am not sure it is the right document because the message says I have to log in to my account to get the document. When I try to log in to my account, it says I was sent a password free link, but I can't find that.
The processing charge was too high, it made the cost of the Visa misleading
Service was very prompt, but the charges were not clear from the beginning. I did not know that there are 2 charges. Thanks !
