First time I do this application and it was easy when you can understand it

We did not get a receipt, the trip coordinator said costs were $7.00 ea. We were shocked at well over $200.00 for both. dvd

Amazing costumer service but it was hard and timely to fill up everything on the phone. I was filling it up for my 3 kids and had to implement the same information over and over again instead of it automatically filling. Overall experience can use improvements but the people were great and super helpful. I paid the extra to get processed fast, it said 30 minuted, but it probably took an more than an hour. I only found out I needed to do it when I got to my connection flight, so it was very last minute and had to do everything fast and on the phone. Not ideal. I chatted with an agent and they made it happen in time for me to get on the flight, much appreciated! just wish the communication was there from the start of how long everything takes
Very quickly was the whole process, thank you. Small problem with copying the passport.
The system was easy to navigate with easy questions. Process was nicely simplified.
It was easy to fill out, and especially easy to get back to it when I couldn't continue immediately.
Easy and precise, but...it is not possible to go back in order to correct possible mistakes
The service was very user friendly until I tried to print out a copy of the visa after it had been approved. That was a challenge
Easy and quick apart from the section saying guardian instead of emergency contact took me a while to understand. Make sure you have all passport at hand including the guardian.
I think the response time and communication could be better; however, it was convenient and I like how it got done. A bit pricey but great service.
To send the mail with the Medical certificate was a bit stressful, because I had received it only a short time ago and had to scan it first, which took some time, sorry for thisβ¦

Re The birth date. You need to keep clicking backwards to get to the year. It takes to long to do this
