Found iVisa in a search for local passport photo sources; wasn't even looking for an online service. Turned out that iVisa was considerably easier than going to one of my local passport photo locations, like CVS or Walgreens. I will definitely use iVisa should I need this service again.

I found iVisa after wasting money getting pictures taken at a drugstore that were awful and then ended up being rejected at the consulate, causing me so much stress because I was forced to do the whole application process over again. IVisa was the complete opposite experience. I got to take the pictures myself, making sure the lighting was good and taking as many shots as needed until I got enough good ones to choose the best from. IVisa is cheaper than having a store take the picture and the quality was so much better. Its easy to use and they know the requirements for different countries which was helpful. Then you can get it mailed to you so you never have to leave the house, but I opted for same day pick up from a local drugstore because I wanted to make sure I had them in time. I will be using iVisa from now on and would recommend it to anyone wanting to make sure their visa or passport pictures turn out great.

Fairly easy to use, but what sadistic SOB designed the way to input a date? Do you know how long it takes to scroll backwards through dates before you reach my birthdate? Much longer than the "3 minutes" it's supposed to take to fill out the entire form. LET US ENTER A DATE AND NOT USE THE CALENDAR OPTION!

I dont understand what exactly I paid 37 EUR for. My wife independently filled her EU Digital Passenger Locator Form on the web without having to pay anything and she got the same PDF document to print. The only difference is a strange e-mail address on my forms sven.508618ETlycosmailer.com.
Overall very good,especially quick response to any queries and overall speed of getting my document to me. I found filling in the form quite tiresome in places eg filling in my date of birth seemed to require a lot of clicking from today's date back to my date of birth (admittedly a long time ago!) One minor error was very quickly corrected. I would certainly use iVisa again
I was concerned about the legitimacy of the site and my first question was not answered at all. But the next person responded to my question very well. My forms were completed quickly and if I did my part right accurately. I did also send an email over my concerns and it was responded to promptly.
Process was pretty easy. When I travel, I will see if using iVisa was worth it. I decided to use iVisa to ease the issues of traveling outside the Country during the Covid pandemic.

Total rip off. It’s just the EU digital locater. They make it seem like it’s something different, but you can fill out this form for free just by booking a flight. The airline gives you a link to go to where you can fill out the form at no cost and upload the pdf file with QR code to your airline before flying.

The forms that I received back were forms I had already filled out for free on to travel to Italy The name of the forms on the site was not the same as that delivered, so this was confusing Disappointing Feels like a money grab
Multiple frustrating bugs: -site would only let me select “rush” for $60 eventhough I did not need to rush, wasting my money -site kept defaulting my end of trip date to 2023 even though I tried to select 2021, this auto entry then prevented my from moving forward in the application (switching to safari worked) -later, when trying to enter date I was departing my home country, it kept saying it needed to be before my arrival date-I entered departing oct 4 and arriving oct 5. Site would not let me do this, I had to enter oct 5 for the departure eventhough that was untrue Please. Do better.
I have used iVisa before and have been satisfied with their work. I recently signed up and paid to have iVisa prepare what I thought was a self-declaration form (that’s how it is written when applying) which was one of the forms needed to enter Italy. Strange information appeared on my finalized form and there was no easy way to contact this company to make the corrections.
My experience was a big relief. Traveling for the 1st time with Covid restrictions. I was unsure of what was needed. The rules were changing often. IVisa took the anxiety away. They are very thorough and I needed to add pertinate information several times. Information was easy to find and send on. Would highly recommend iVisa.
INCORRECT DOB. While I put in the correct date of birth for myself and the other 2 traveling companions, my date of birth appears on all -- rendering them useless. I have no idea how to change without incurring expense again. PLEASE ADVISE

The registration questions were hidden somehow and I had to ask Angela to help me complete the process. She was VERY helpful and without her I would not have succeeded.
i have not gotten any farther in this process since I started. I still do not have a confirmation of my application being accepted. I leave Sunday Sept 12 and I have little hope that this will all be resolved by then. I have answered the same questions over and over again. I am frustrated beyond!!
I requested a Self Declaration Form for entry to Italy. Instead, iVisa sent me a dPLF. Those are very easy to get online directly from the Italian government for free by answering the SAME questions. The website is very deceiving and did not deliver the form I applied for and charging me for a free form.
We were struggling to fill ou the health information for our trip to Italy. The form given to us was older and did not seem to fit the current laws for Covid travel. Ivisa popped up when I googled a question. Their form was current and fit our situation. It also will help expedite the process of entering Italy.
My document came out fine except for the fact that I was also including my wife but never received it as part of mine or separately. I'm disappointed and am unsure how to remedy.
