I dont understand what exactly I paid 37 EUR for. My wife independently filled her EU Digital Passenger Locator Form on the web without having to pay anything and she got the same PDF document to print. The only difference is a strange e-mail address on my forms sven.508618ETlycosmailer.com.
Youre running a scam operation. This document wasnt even needed when I travelled through central/Western europé January 13/14th 2022. Enjoy my money you ****ers.
Total rip off. It’s just the EU digital locater. They make it seem like it’s something different, but you can fill out this form for free just by booking a flight. The airline gives you a link to go to where you can fill out the form at no cost and upload the pdf file with QR code to your airline before flying.
I was charged $42.00 on 10-23-21 for this self declaration form when I have already completed this form on October 20, 2021on the EU dplf passenger locator website. I have this form in my account and it was free for me to complete. I would like my money back.
The forms that I received back were forms I had already filled out for free on to travel to Italy The name of the forms on the site was not the same as that delivered, so this was confusing Disappointing Feels like a money grab
Multiple frustrating bugs: -site would only let me select “rush” for $60 eventhough I did not need to rush, wasting my money -site kept defaulting my end of trip date to 2023 even though I tried to select 2021, this auto entry then prevented my from moving forward in the application (switching to safari worked) -later, when trying to enter date I was departing my home country, it kept saying it needed to be before my arrival date-I entered departing oct 4 and arriving oct 5. Site would not let me do this, I had to enter oct 5 for the departure eventhough that was untrue Please. Do better.
I have used iVisa before and have been satisfied with their work. I recently signed up and paid to have iVisa prepare what I thought was a self-declaration form (that’s how it is written when applying) which was one of the forms needed to enter Italy. When I received the submitted and accepted form a lot of the information that I had given them was wrong. L. Firman
INCORRECT DOB. While I put in the correct date of birth for myself and the other 2 traveling companions, my date of birth appears on all -- rendering them useless. I have no idea how to change without incurring expense again. PLEASE ADVISE

i have not gotten any farther in this process since I started. I still do not have a confirmation of my application being accepted. I leave Sunday Sept 12 and I have little hope that this will all be resolved by then. I have answered the same questions over and over again. I am frustrated beyond!!
I requested a Self Declaration Form for entry to Italy. Instead, iVisa sent me a dPLF. Those are very easy to get online directly from the Italian government for free by answering the SAME questions. The website is very deceiving and did not deliver the form I applied for and charging me for a free form.
I was never given the opportunity to set a password or secret answer now i cant get in to print my documents
I wanted a covid declaration which I need to travel to Italy. I paid Euro 17.89 for your service, which asks a lot of unnecesary questions. I later found out that I could download a simple from frim the Italian embassy for free, fill it in, and take it with me together with my vaccination certificate. Instead you sent me a long document with irrelevant information to take along with my vaccination certificate. I feel duped and will not use your service again. Now I receive constant promotional email messages from your company.
The Self Declaration is actually the EU Digital Passenger Locator Form which I already have. Moreover, the information included on this form is erroneous, including a wildly inaccurate email which is not even close to what I provided. This was a waste of both time and money.
Ridiculous 120$ for a QR code, absolutely unacceptable. It would not let us pick the cheaper options for 24 hours or 4 hours, it obligated us to pay 60 euros each for a QR code. Fix this.

Total waste of money and poor marketing They show the printing version as printing multiple passport photos so when I selected the digital version I assumed I would be able to get a digital copy of the picture i needed with several passport photos on it that I could then get printed. But no, I uploaded photos and then they literally sent me back the same thing. They claim they resized them but that I something I or anyone could have done on THEIR cell phone. Again total waste of money
The services on their website are misleading. I paid them and I already had completed the docs they sent me. I was looking for someone to review my docs ND tell me if I would be able to enter the country. They have no phone no on their website and it's a 2 hr wait time on chat. They suck.
