The company is fast in accepting and accessing your filled forms, maybe it because they have a strong Internet network.
Fairly easy to use, but what sadistic SOB designed the way to input a date? Do you know how long it takes to scroll backwards through dates before you reach my birthdate? Much longer than the "3 minutes" it's supposed to take to fill out the entire form. LET US ENTER A DATE AND NOT USE THE CALENDAR OPTION!
Strange information appeared on my finalized form and there was no easy way to contact this company to make the corrections.
Had trouble downlading documents when ready. there help service was very good though and corrected the problem.
I'm so disappointed, I entered all my information correctly and completely and the policy didn't read correctly. It didn't include all of my passport information and, it defaulted to a different province than I'll be going to in Italy...no real impressed...after spending $20, I'm disappointed.
