It is to incredible that we paid Onlîne for the Ivory Coast visa to attend the fair Sarz to day. I schudle my air plane and no visa received !!
Delayed approval. I came to the country for 3 days and left. And am getting the visa now when I have left. It doesnt make sense at all.
It took 5 days to get our visa and it arrived on the last day as we are leaving the country. The immigration police took our passports. I tried on a number of occasions to get customer support and also emailed about a refund. We paid for a 24 service and was this service was not honoured. I.wiukd be grateful if someone can contact me to talk about this. We lost alot of work time beucase the visas never came through. In short the service was not good.
Extremely expensive and did not arrive on time - passport was confiscated on arrival as a result. Useless service.
Applied for Superfast 24hour service for obtaining Ivory Coast e_Visa. After 24 hours - No e-Visa After 36 hours - Again no e-Visa and no help from iVisa - Chat Line people are completely ineffective. After 46 hours - Yet no e-Visa. After sending emails to iVisa helpline - No reply. This organization doesn't care if their customers get their e-visa. Once you pay them it appears to be thanks and good-bye sucker.
Very late caused me 10 hour delay you don't have a 24 hour service
A rush 24 hour visa sent to me exactly 30 days after I applied. This bullshlt cost me a lot of money. Will not ever use service again

I have paid e times visa fees, one time to you ivisa.com and second time to Ivory Coast visa service. I would like to know what this kind of service is this!!!!!!!!
Shocking customer service. Nobody answers the phone. And the slackbot responses are useless!
Very Poor service Though a processing time of 2 days was promised it actually took 5 days to obtain the visa. Due to the delay I had to cancel my already booked flight and get a new ticket. Besides I could have obtained the visa directly using snedai without having to pay an unjustified 100 Euro extra. They most likely would have processed it much faster. Now I am having 100 Euro extra for SLOW processing (which i-visa labels as Super Rush) plus the cost of flight change. The service level is really unacceptable!
