I appreciate the prompt reply which made the process very smooth. First application went wrong because we were not ready. But with the second attempt I think we managed to get the visa within 2-3 days.

Easy to use, only the upload of the documents was somehow unclear. Some documents were in the first instance ont accepted, but later on the document seemed to have be accepted in the sytem. But overal, nice platform to work frm.
You don't have a real-time interaction with the client, so that the client can know how long it will take to obtain a visa.
At first I have some issue to download my documents on the site . So I asked for help and then send my documents so they can update it for me . After my request was submitting , I received the approval of my visa in 2 day it’ was very faster . Thank you again !

The continuous follow up and instructions provided to ensure the submission package was in order and finally the timely Visa approval receipt.
The ease with which to respond to required information. Very frustrated with too many repetitions of scanning g the pass[port. The cost of visa fees is prohibitive compared to eVisa by Ivory Coast government which is only Euro 73. I spent about USD 190 which is too prohibitive.
