My application was good, but not asking for an invitation letter in advance, thus leading to a long communication process through emails after submission. Nevertheless we were a group of people and some other application where the invitation letter was not requested, ended up by being rejected without explanation. Also Ivisa didn’t allow us to try the resubmission with the invitation letter. We lost our money on a not very clear process.
I ordered 3 visas for myself and my 2 children: All the documentation received is a receipt with one name on it in place for each of us. I received an email saying your visas are ready, only to find one visa for one person and not even a receipt with my name on it.
