Aplication is good and easy to manage. But customer should be warned about urgent visa (24h) which is useless during week ends

Applied for visa for Ivory Coast with super rush 24 hour paying a premium. The visa took 4 days and arrived 15 hours after departure. Although we were assured that the receipt was acceptable to fly I had all sorts of problems at the airport before we were allowed to board the plane. What iVisa don’t tell you is that the government agencies don’t issue visas at the weekend but they will still take your money for rush jobs. Not good! Following representation from iVisa and the promise of a refund of the whole of the rush fee along with an apology, I am revising the the rating to 3 stars. They will not get 5 stars until it is made clear that when you apply, visas are not issued at the weekend and therefore no rush fees can be taken for weekend applications.

Be sure to have EVERYTHING ready when you start the process including scans of your passport, itinerary, hotel reservation, etc.

What a great experience to get a VISA in a hurry! I didn't quite get the VISA in 24 hours, but did indeed get it in 29 hours. So still very impressed with the great website, and when I used the webchat service, they set me at ease and assured me everything was under control when I was still waiting for the VISA. The texting system for getting information was excellent, as was the user interface for filling out the forms and uploading or emailing the documents. I was flying into Ivory Coast, but departing by land, in the process of visiting 6 West African countries, but it was easy to figure out what to do, that is, email multiple attachments with flight schedules when requested a return ticket. I didn't need your backup system to help me correct mistakes or missing items, but I knew it was there. This was my first time to use iVisa, but not my last. Great job!

Very Poor service Though a processing time of 2 days was promised it actually took 5 days to obtain the visa. Due to the delay I had to cancel my already booked flight and get a new ticket. Besides I could have obtained the visa directly using snedai without having to pay an unjustified 100 Euro extra. They most likely would have processed it much faster. Now I am having 100 Euro extra for SLOW processing (which i-visa labels as Super Rush) plus the cost of flight change. The service level is really unacceptable!
