Philippines eTravel Card

The Philippines eTravel Card is a mandatory digital arrival and departure card for travelers entering or exiting the Philippines for any purpose, including tourism, family visits, business trips, or returning home. It replaces the paper arrival card and health declaration, making your entry process faster and more organized.

With this card, you can:

  • 🛫 Submit your travel and health information before arrival
  • ⚡ Speed up entry procedures at Philippine immigration
  • ✅ Comply with Philippine government pre-arrival and pre-departure regulations

The eTravel Card does not replace a visa if your nationality requires one for entry. It also does not allow you to work or study in the Philippines. For employment, study, or long-term stays, you will need to apply for the appropriate visa through the Philippine government.

Registration is free when done on the official site. We offer a paid service to help travelers complete the form accurately, reducing errors that could delay boarding or entry.

To complete your eTravel Card, you’ll need:

  • 🛂 A passport valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date
  • 📝 Personal and travel details, including your arrival or departure flight number
  • 📍 Address in the Philippines (hotel or residence)
  • 💉 Health declaration (recent symptoms, exposure, and vaccination status)
  • 📧 A working email address to receive your QR code
  • 💳 Payment for the iVisa service fee if using our assistance

Philippines visa policy

Citizens of most ASEAN countries can enter the Philippines visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism or family visits, provided they hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond arrival and possess a return or onward ticket. Nationals from over 150 countries, including the US, UK, EU member states, Canada, Australia, and Japan, also enjoy visa-free entry for 14, 21, or 30 days, depending on nationality. Stays under visa-free entry may be extended through the Bureau of Immigration for an additional 29 days, with further extensions possible in-country for longer stays.

For travelers requiring a visa, the 9(a) Temporary Visitor Visa covers tourism, business, medical treatment, short-term studies, and family visits. Applications are made online.

Longer stays or specialized purposes such as employment, academic studies, investment, and retirement fall under the Philippines’ immigrant, non-immigrant, and special resident visa categories. These require additional documentation, sponsorships, and pre-approval by Philippine authorities before travel or upon arrival under specific conditions.

All travelers entering the Philippines must have a passport valid for at least six months beyond arrival and sufficient blank pages for entry stamps. An eTravel Card is also required for all inbound travelers and should be submitted within 72 hours before departure to quicken immigration processing and comply with health protocols.

Travelers are advised to check the official Bureau of Immigration and Philippine embassy websites for the most current requirements before making travel plans.

Most travelers can stay in the Philippines for up to 30 days without a visa, depending on nationality, with the option to extend for an additional 29 days at a Bureau of Immigration office. Further extensions are possible, allowing some travelers to stay up to 36 months on a tourist visa if they apply for regular extensions and pay the necessary fees.
Yes, all travelers entering or exiting the Philippines must complete the eTravel Card within 72 hours before their departure to or from the Philippines. This digital arrival and departure card replaces paper arrival cards and health declarations, helping speed up immigration processing and ensuring compliance with Philippine entry requirements.
Travelers need a passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of arrival, a return or onward ticket, and proof of completed eTravel Card with the QR code ready to present at check-in and upon arrival.
