Actually I didn't see anything wrong so far they keep the it timeline and quality of service is great keep it up.
Entry into Singapore is supposed to be free for U.S. citizens. I want a refund for the (2) charges to my American Express credit [redacted]. Both were for $105.64. Your website appears to be Singapore endorsed but it is not. Daniel DeClark
This so called health declaration is a complete rip off. Why should we pay £40 each for this!. We were only in the country about 90 mins before going back through customs for next flight and will have to pay it again on the return leg. £320 for nothing!, excuse me if I just avoid Singapore altogether in the future!!
You charged for the sp visa for Singapore and it’s supposed to be free
My email was changed on the Singapore entry form to some email I use. My travel companion filled out her enrty form at the official Singapore government website at no cost. She receiived a welcome to Singpore email 15 minutes after we went through immigration with her visitor permission certificate. I got nothing from iVisa and now I do not have a visitor permission document.
I am disappointed because I had to pay 119 EU for a service that was not needed , Singapore arrival form is free !|
Why did I pay for a Visa when they are free on the Govt site?
The charges are very high for services you normally dont have to pay for. Example Singapore Arrival card, offical homepage you have to pay nothing, iVisa 130€! My mistake because I was in hurry and picked the frist page showed on google.
Charged for what is actually free via singapore gov. but was duped into thinking your site was same. A SCAM.
I did not do due diligence when I used Google to locate the Singapore arrival card site. I simply chose the site that was listed in the first few links. As a result, I have paid iVisa for an arrival card that would have otherwise been completely free. As there is no guarantee that the iVisa document would be honored on arrival using the e-gate procedure, I applied for, and was granted, an arrival card from the Singapore government site.
don't get your visa through an intermediary. Go straight to the source.
You can stop stealing $215 dollars and let people know your not the Govenment site
We feel completely ripped off. We have been billed $313 & 9.40 for entrance card to Singapore which is completely FREE from ICA www. Shame on you . Thomas - Albany Aus
Ypour process should aloow someone to submit a visa request and get it aproved anytime ahead of arrival in Singapore - not leaving a person hanging about until the last minute. Also, you send confusing messages. I arrive in Singapore on 25/2 and I got an email from you saying it would be processed on 22/2, but your web site said 24/2. So, I send an email on 22/2 when I was told that it would be processed saying that this is running pretty close to arrival and here it is on 23/3 - I get the visa approved. This is bureaucratic stupidity. If you are going to go down this path, then you need to be more supportive of people who want to visit Singapore not leaving them hanging till the last minute. I have more things to do concerning mt travel that have to hang about for you guys to get off your backsides to give me a visa. You charge enough to expect better service than this.
This is a scam. They charged me over 200$ for a free visa.
Total waste of money! Scroll down to the Singapore government site below their paid entry, it offers the same for free and it's even easier to complete.
Exorbitant cost for a visa application which is free and easy to handle oneself.
I would actually put 0 stars if possible. The link to this app popped up while filling the form for the Singapore arrival card. Good reviews, so I figured let’s use it. I paid 102 € (I learned that the Singapore entry is free) and actually couldn’t really enter since Singapore authorities didn’t recognize my entry credentials. Well, they were kind enough to let me fill it in right away in their system. They meant I was scammed, and sure thing, this is a scam! Don’t use it!
I completed an application for a visa not needed at a cost of $450 USD. There is no refund because the application was submitted to the government and not to mention that I did not receive it in time.
You presented the SGAC form with incorrect email address, phone number and embarkation port details. A complete shambles. I definitely will NOT use your service again
iVisa did not review my documents properly (which was part of their services), so I got a refection. Wanted to reapply, but they declined. Very disappointed, would not recommend this service
You send me 2 visa with same and surname nobody checking before sent
I have applied for 3 persons and only 1 person has approved. There is no way to come alone and this approval become useless. There isn't mention about refund even though the service cannot go through. Very disappointing.
After I paid I discovered this is not a visa but only some kind of landing card
What is this arrival card for and why should you name it ivisa when it has got nothing to do with visa ..?? And if that was the case why it was told to wait till 2 Dec 2019.
The name ivisa is just misleading and nothing to do with applying for a visa
This is a fraud scam website. By showing links for rush visa they take you to page to apply for arrival card asking you to pay for something which is free!
This is a very misleading website . Not useful at all , wasting my money and time . Giving people the misconception of saving time were it’s just wasting our time and money. And can’t even do a refund
The document I received is not a Visa. It's a travel card which is same as disembarkation slip. The information shared by you is incorrect.
