It was very easy to fill out the documents and was confirmed wirhout Problems. But the fees for a gratis-form a much too high, I think… Nevertheless we are happy to have everything ready for the trip.
When I went on your website, I thought I was going on the government website to Singapore. When I filled out the form and it was 100 and something dollars I thought that’s what they charged. Turns out I could’ve easily done this myself and not paid that large fee. It’s my fault I wasn’t clear on what I was looking for.
It's expensive, and it's not clear whether or not this is a government agency -- I'm now wondering after paying for this if I could have gotten it for less money or free. Does the government of Singapore charge for an arrival card? I did it and then afterwards regretted that I didn't search more to double check, but it is annoying that what shouldn't really be so expensive -- I'm coming to Singapore and will spend money there - just to enter the country.
Website is OK but the price is exagerated for a stay of a few days.
I got helped on Saturday 9th November as per the Government requirements to submit three days before departure. At times I received confusing emails that are inconsistent or somewhat contradicting each other. However I am happy with the assistance that I received promptly or earlier than I expected
I was NOT informed at the time of the application when the arrival card would be delivered. So, I had to chase up. However, when I asked for progress, your bots worked well and also the follow up conversations with your support staff was polite and reassuring. The email you have put on my arrival card is wrong. It's not the one you are communicating with me. It is spurious!!
After filling the form several incorrect details were found, not intruduced by me.
