Very easy at gate. NOTE HOWEVER as you enter Singapore immediately before the gate , a huge sign indicates that all entrants (including Singapore citizens) must fill in the entry form. We started doing this not knowing that we were simply duplication the i-visa we had completed on line. The notice was misleading - we could have gone straight through (which we eventually did).
Some items are not clearly explained , they are confusing and prone to causing misunderstandings. for example, during the validity period of the arrival card, can transit passengers holding passport from visa-free countries to enter and exit the airport multiple times.

Easy to fill out but we did one for the UK then a Singapore one but you offered discount for subsequent visas after I’d completed ours. Was disappointed as could have paid 20 percent less the second time! These are new since we’ve travelled here before.
System was simple and not a problem, ivisa shows my departure date as 7/9/2025 and is actually 10/9/2025. I arrive on 7/9/2025.
The way to provide information is good. But payments could be hard to implement.
It is fuzzy of/what you pay is for the visa part of the health part. Could be more transparent if it would be a vida application form and - as all data is already known - an added health declaration.

Reasonably easy to use and quick response. Two confusing issues you need to improve. 1. Residential address - you cannot add your full RA but chose from a dialog box of closest locations. Eg: Australia, New South Wales, Sydney; IS NOT my RA the question is asking. 2. Location of hotel in Singapore was not listed so I had to chose another one. Confusing

Everything worked out fine. Possibly a little earlier with the Singapore Visa. A good job done.

The website was easy to use. The arrival card was sent to us with plenty of time. I think i paid a bit extra for this service. But it was very efficient.
We were on the road travelling and were able to start the visa applications right away. You may still need to wait a while for the processing, but at least you’re in the system.

I had split tickets issued aa separate documents but system doesnt to upload multiple files. Had to reach out support. Please change this set up, split tickets is a common thing.
Very easy to do and service as great, with my application processed very quickly. The only issue was when I requested the confirmation code for payment go to my email address and it went to my mobile phone in my home country instead. When I asked for another code, the system did not ask me how that should be sent.
It was quite easy to use. My only issue is the email address for me is completely wrong on the entry card but since I received the entry card via my correct email address, I haven't requested it to be corrected.

I got our visas, but process was a little stressful. There is no any information before start processing that there would be a field to describe whether you have any rejection to enter any country(be ready for it) During filling process, No appropriate button to upload marriage certificate, and accommodation booked document shows only one name, and I received a message from iVisa employees that there must be notes / names about each of guests.

It was first time I have applied for visa to Singapore. ivisa is the first online service that I have found. The service is great, and interface on the website well designed and understandable, but later I have found company that provides visa to Singapore and it costs 30% less and two times faster to get visa. Next time I’ll try that one ☝️ anyway iVisa is a great service to use if you apply online !
