They tell you that your applying for a visa but it’s a health declaration form and nothing to do with a visa. I paid 100$ for fast delivery for nothing! They mislead you!

Terrible. A scam. And a con. I applied for a visa and you try to scam me with an application for customs declaration. What is this ?????
I got South Africa visa, however this was just piece of paper which SA government doesn't accept, so I wasn't allowed to enter country. Wasting my money for fly tickets and accommodation for nothing.

we have our questionnaires approved, that's the important thing. I felt that a little more info. upfront would've been helpful, for example - that the forms only get submitted 48 hrs. before our flight.
Service was prompt, attentive, albeit largely automated, frequently updated, and at a fair price (I selected the 8 hours 'rush' service). Option of embassy registration and fee transfer in the event of cancellation would be useful for those with uncertain travel or accommodation arrangements.
Unclear said I can't get a refund when everywhere on the website says I can get a refund weird as heck apparently can't help with south african visas or something who knows

I applied for the health entry form for South Africa, when I could get it for $20 and 24 hours. iVisa cancelled that application because the government website had problems, after 17 hours. This meant I had to apply again for $40 and 8 hour turn around time. Yes, I got it approved, but for twice the price. I feel they could have waited a few more hours to approve the first application.
The site misrepresents itself as being an official requirement when in reality it’s just paying someone £56 to fill in a half page form (wrongly) and e mail the incorrect information to you, leading to anxiety and stress when simply printing and filling the form yourself is much easier (and no mistakes) - total waste of time and money
