Unclear said I can't get a refund when everywhere on the website says I can get a refund weird as heck apparently can't help with south african visas or something who knows
I applied for the health entry form for South Africa, when I could get it for $20 and 24 hours. iVisa cancelled that application because the government website had problems, after 17 hours. This meant I had to apply again for $40 and 8 hour turn around time. Yes, I got it approved, but for twice the price. I feel they could have waited a few more hours to approve the first application.
