This is a qualified 5 star. Everything turned out well and I got my visa on time. However, this was after I got messages saying my visa would arrive after I left (these may have been from the embassy). However, the staff was always available, prompt in responses and were upbeat and confident that things would work out.
The price for this service is exorbitant. I kept getting the same form letter email multiple times. IVisa accused me of submitting a false telephone number which they claimed was already in use. I did no such thing, The mistake was theirs. I did not like receiving emails from 6-8 different agents at iVisa. Why couldn't they assign one person to manage my application.
I did not like the apprehension waiting for the 3 days visa. I also did not like the forced yearly subscription which was unbudgeted for. The talking to a robot is also not good especially when you are expecting direct answers to your concern when under pressure of time
Great experience, but procedural a bit difficult. You offer a service to upload documents, but this does not work properly. I had to submit most of my requested documentation via e-mail subsequently, which defeats the object of a truly on-line experience.
I've only had one bad experience where I got my visa too early and when I arrived at the country the visa wasn't good. The rest of the times it was quick and easy

Can I enter Togo through land borders using an eVisa?
No. For non-visa-exempt travelers, the Togo eVisa is for air travel entry through Gnassingbé Eyadéma International Airport (Lomé Airport). If you plan to cross into Togo via land borders or arrive by sea, you must obtain a traditional physical visa from a Togolese embassy before your trip.
Can I still obtain an express Visa on Arrival at the airport in Lomé?
No. The Togolese government has officially abolished the Visa on Arrival system. All visa-required travelers must secure their approved eVisa online before boarding their flight. The Ministry of Security requires applications to be submitted at least 7 days before departure.
Can I extend my stay in Togo if my tourist eVisa is only valid for 15 days?
Yes. Standard tourist eVisas are frequently issued for 15 days. If you want to prolong your stay, you must submit an extension request to the General Directorate of National Documentation (Ministry of the Interior) in Lomé before your original visa expires to extend your stay up to a maximum of 90 days.
What's the difference between Togo's travel declaration and the eVisa?
The travel declaration is a mandatory digital security and health formality required for all travelers (including visa-free nationals) entering or exiting Togo, which must be completed 24 hours before travel. The eVisa is the actual legal entry permit required for non-exempt foreign nationals that involves a fee and a longer processing window.
Can the Togo eVisa be extended while inside the country?
Yes. You can extend your short-visit eVisa. You must submit an extension request to the General Directorate of National Documentation (Ministry of the Interior) in Lomé before your current stay expires to extend your stay up to a maximum of 90 days.
Do children/minors need their own Togo eVisa?
Yes. There aren't any age exemptions for this visa; every traveler, including infants, must have their own individual visa. For minors, a separate application must be submitted for each child along with their passport bio-page and required travel documentation.
Do I need a visa to transit in Togo?
If you're remaining in the airport transit area for less than 24 hours with an onward continuation ticket, you don't need a visa. However, if you plan to leave the airport, change terminals requiring border clearance, or have a long layover where you clear immigration, you must obtain a visa.
