The directions were easy to follow (except the group code thing???) which I ended up not having one for my Safari group. I LOVE that you can easily track what is going on either on the computer or on the phone APP. You can also access your Visa via the app or print it out. I like that you can pay a bit extra and have it rushed. (although that didn't work with my Tanzanian visa :-( I hope it gets here before I leave and I get the extra money I paid to rush it back) OVERALL, I LOVE getting my visa through iVisa...it is a very simplified process, easy to do, easy to follow, good customer service.
The time frame was very, reasonable, for the visa approval. The questions are clear and straight forward. I found the application easy and friendly.
This was my first time using iVisa. The process in making application was very easy and user friendly, even to one who is not “techy”. The notifications on the progress was great! I did contact customer service when the visa did not arrive on the expected day. The agent was very understanding and helpful. I got help quickly. Was it a real person or AI? The experience was awesome.
It was very simple, to the point and done in a very timely manner.
I have used I Visa for several international trips to different countries and the site is easy to use and the service is prompt. Highly recommended. I have had some negative experiences with other companies out there.
Was able to get my visa fast due to last minute planning of my trip. Once I began the process they updated me frequently to request more photos or documents to help move the process forward quickly.
10 days from my application I began to be concerned if I would be issued my Visa in time.(I was 1 week away from flight). I wrote Ivisa and they responded immediately. I appreciated the response and I will use Ivisa again in the future..Thank You!! 😊
The app is easy to use. There was an $87 fee for expediting that I didn’t have an option to waive. I applied a week out from trip so not sure other companies would charge that.
I have used iVisa before. However, this time around the initial reviewer of my application did not seem to read my itinerary and sent back asking for details as to why I was departing by land.. which I was not..see below "Return ticket Cover letter and include your travel by bus A cover letter is required to explain your reason(s) for departing by land."
Most everything went smoothly except for the picture of my shot record, which took numerous times to get it to where your system would accept it.

No. Since October 2, 2026, Uganda's immigration authority no longer requires a yellow fever vaccination certificate to enter the country, and it is no longer part of the eVisa application.
