The directions were easy to follow (except the group code thing???) which I ended up not having one for my Safari group. I LOVE that you can easily track what is going on either on the computer or on the phone APP. You can also access your Visa via the app or print it out. I like that you can pay a bit extra and have it rushed. (although that didn't work with my Tanzanian visa :-( I hope it gets here before I leave and I get the extra money I paid to rush it back) OVERALL, I LOVE getting my visa through iVisa...it is a very simplified process, easy to do, easy to follow, good customer service.

This was my first time using iVisa. The process in making application was very easy and user friendly, even to one who is not “techy”. The notifications on the progress was great! I did contact customer service when the visa did not arrive on the expected day. The agent was very understanding and helpful. I got help quickly. Was it a real person or AI? Impressed I was sceptical at first after hearing about scams online for visas. It was expensive and I tried to do this myself to save cost. It was the cheapest that I found although it's 100$ I am paying 100£ instead as well as the service. If the government website was working correctly I would have done it myself and saved money. I was updated and informed all the way. I was told 6 days but I received it in a fews days after many alterations. I would recommend if you are having problems trying to organise your visa/s. i had a little problem with the app. on line i uploaded every document and received also the assistance of the skilled customer service . maybe you can do the same on the sites of the tourist office of the countries, but Visa was very fast and easy

I gues processing this visa gave me good exceperience especially the way the Ivisa directions.
The app is easy to use. There was an $87 fee for expediting that I didn’t have an option to waive. I applied a week out from trip so not sure other companies would charge that.
Really quick and easy. Forms can be daunting and I often find downloading stuff challenging but scanning the items on to the form was easy
Very user-friendly and fast online visa app system. I had issues uploading some of the documents a couple of times but eventually managed to upload and proceed. Overall it was an easy process.
I have used iVisa before. However, this time around the initial reviewer of my application did not seem to read my itinerary and sent back asking for details as to why I was departing by land.. which I was not..see below "Return ticket Cover letter and include your travel by bus A cover letter is required to explain your reason(s) for departing by land."

The page is well organized and all needed information available. But it is difficult to upload the required documents. You need to be flexible more to accept other method to share this documents.

Very quick issuance of visa after complete application. The application itself should be well prepared due to some suprising uploads necessary (passport, extra photo, yellow fever ...).

I found it difficult to do, I am probably the wrong age to understand techno stuff, but the card to pay the bank blocked it as they thought it was Scammers or hackers.
