Process was clear and simple. Their "chat" people were very helpful. One caveat - the approval is not available through their web site. SO, keep the email and store the attached approval letter pdf in an accessible place.

The payment was made before I could complete the application process, which unnerved me, as I was not sure if I would actually be able to complete the application process at the time, as a number of additional documents were required for upload. I had all those but it still took time to get it done. Overall, positive, but I'd suggest not assessing payment until the application is submitted.

The online application form is incomplete. It does not ask for, or provide, entries for all the documentation required. This means emailed follow-ups and these sometimes don't make it clear exactly what is required or else request information already provided for a second time. The backwards and forwards exchanges cause anxiety as to whether a visa will be issued within the time frames specified.
I was at first worried that my visa would not come through in time as there were only 5 working days. On the 5th day I received 5he email. Most relived and very happy with the service you provided. Thanks,

I received my visa after I had arrived in the country and therefore had to pay another US$50 to enter the country. This was despite paying for a 2 day processing time the visa took over a week to be approved.

I unexpectedly received personalize and prompt attention. After I filed my application I received an immediate response. Some documents had to be redone and filed. I received clear directions what to do. Addition had to be provided and I received an personal phone call explaining and situation and the agent went further and personally obtained needed information from my contacts in the foreign country. All of this was done on the weekend with government approval first thing Monday morning. The service was exceptionally quick and everyone was very courteous. I would give them the highest marks for exceptional service. The fee was well worth the services received.
