I don't understand subscription process. This should not be automatically processed but I be given the option to opt out if I don't travel.
It was difficult to identify the real website with the fake. So different website, were proposed, in this case difficult to choose the real one.
just issues with the passport photos not being excepted things needing to be sent multiple times even though i have used the same photos for numerous visas through you in the past going back and forth with you over a Mauritius visa that i did not need the fact that you had no clue that my wife had an east African visa that did not expire until 2024 if you do your research prior to saying thing are not able to be processed you would save clients alot of grief
I was in a hurry and paid for 2 day processing of my visa. I needed to supply a different phone number than the one that I originally supplied but I was not notified of the need. I called for an update and the CS rep took the number that I supplied. The next time I called the rep couldn't supply me with a realistic time of when my visa would be processed. She said that my information had been submitted 4 hours prior but I had supplied it 8 hours before I called the second time. I had to push my trip back a day and thought I would have to move it again because of the lack of information that was provided to me. It was a stressful trip planning time.
I paid extra for 2 day turnaround. I got the visa in 6 days but there was a weekend in there where nothing was being processed by the country's immigration office. Other than not keeping the turnaround time, they did a good job.
Before choosing iVisa I decided to look at their reviews on Trustpilot and other sites, which were great. However, my experience was not the same. I applied for a visa to Uganda and it took more than the 7 working days stated on their website to be processed. They sent me a delay notice within 4 days of application, apologising for the delay with reasons that there was a traffic of applications on the part of the government which was beyond their control, that they were doing their best and will send it to me as soon as they receive it. Though they responded to my emails promptly, I feared I will miss my trip. Additionally, I was not happy that I did not see a statement regarding such extraordinary delays on their website. My visa was sent to me in just 3 days to departure. I was glad I received it, but the anxiety the delay caused me was enormous.
The required documents for the application (photos etc) were not listed before payment had to be done. Which meant that I was "caught" as a customer without knowing "what I bought". Unfair. It took too long to get the Visa as compared to the conditions presented before payment (holidays?)
Some of the questions were not very clear and I found the service fee too high.
The online application form is incomplete. It does not ask for, or provide, entries for all the documentation required. This means emailed follow-ups and these sometimes don't make it clear exactly what is required or else request information already provided for a second time. The backwards and forwards exchanges cause anxiety as to whether a visa will be issued within the time frames specified.
