The directions were easy to follow (except the group code thing???) which I ended up not having one for my Safari group. I LOVE that you can easily track what is going on either on the computer or on the phone APP. You can also access your Visa via the app or print it out. I like that you can pay a bit extra and have it rushed. (although that didn't work with my Tanzanian visa :-( I hope it gets here before I leave and I get the extra money I paid to rush it back) OVERALL, I LOVE getting my visa through iVisa...it is a very simplified process, easy to do, easy to follow, good customer service.
The time frame was very, reasonable, for the visa approval. The questions are clear and straight forward. I found the application easy and friendly.

i had a little problem with the app. on line i uploaded every document and received also the assistance of the skilled customer service . maybe you can do the same on the sites of the tourist office of the countries, but Visa was very fast and easy
