I am having difficulty in communication response time and having repeated knock backs or having to upload documents that have been uploaded +
Wrong entry type, tourist NOT family or business Constant bombardment of emails to constantly submit. VERY FRUSTRATING. But thank you to care team for sorting out and only reason i am giving two stars is for speed of visa once submitted to Uganda Immigration.
in the end got the visa but in the process was not sure i deal with trainees or they really know what they do. not the first time i wondered...
Please go for the immigration.go.ug if you want to process it directly, faster and cost-efficiently. I applied on 2nd January and got it approved on 16th January. I sensed bureaucratic delay at the processing of the application. I tried calling the contact number many times but never got any response.
We needed to obtain visas for this our fourth trip to Uganda where our daughter and her family live. My wife volunteered to submit our visa applications this time but didn’t recognize she was on the iVisa web site. The application process was essentially the same as applying on the Uganda.gov web site but the added cost was >$70. There were no value added services just a higher cost. Too bad we failed to recognize we were on a sponsored web site rather than the Uganda government site. We’ll look closer next time.
Poor update on the status of the demand. I had to contact your platform to get a feed-back and have my status updated.
Overpaid to get it in 24 hours which did not work out. Rush money was refunded as I did not receive this in time. I was notified in Uganda that you can order the visum directly online with the Ugandan Government and be mindful that the timelines communicated on the website for "super rush" may not be realistic (customs offices are closed in the weekend).
