The turnaround time was less than 24 hours for the "Rush visa" so that was very very good! What is not clear is what materials are required AT THE BEGINNING when applying for a visa. The system takes the payment and then afterwards makes clear which forms and certificates are required for the visa. This can be a trap if a person does not have those documents.

I would've gave them a 5 but I decided to give them 4 and let me explain. Customer service is basically around the clock ⏰️ and are super responsive! I emailed them many times because I was applying for me and mom (my first time applying for visa through them). If your documents or uploads don't meet the standards they send them back with explanation of why and what to do next (I love that they even have videos to explain/tutorials). They literally hold your hand and walk you through which I really really appreciated! Why a 4 star? Not sure if it's just them or it's because of cobid or because it's online, they ask foe way too many things and are picky (thank goodness they don't just reject your application but give you an opportunity to correct what needs to be corrected without having to restart the process 🙏😊). They rejected my mom's travel itinerary because it didn't clearly state what she would be doing each day although she was going to visit family. They said my yellow fever did not meet quality standards so had to re-scan it. They wouldn't allow my mom apply with just one way ticket; you must have a two way ticket which I find strange even as a Canadian citizen and after giving explanation. THEY ARE RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. FOR SUPER RUSH (2 DAYS), WE PAID $299.79 Overall, if you are pressed for time and don't want to travel all the way to the embassy, I would recommend! My visa got approved less than 20 hours after I submitted my application ❤️💃

I chose the most expensive "super urgent" (or similar) option, where they guaranteed a 3 day delivery of my visa to Uganda, and I received it after only 6 hours. Very happy with their service.
I applied for super rush visa I got it in 5 days.. Missed the flight my vacation plans got ruined I wish I didn't spend my 153 dollars and just applied with the regular 50 dollar application cuz no difference.

There were several items that I was requested to change and there were multiple people responding to the issues regarding a revised picture, place of residence and an airline ticket and it became quite confusing but after a day of communicating with multiple people my application was able to get processed and was approved and back to me in less than 24 hours. Each personal i dealt with was pleasant and did there best to get the issues resolved for me.

I thank God that I found the iVisa.com website. I was trying to use another website and then the Ugandan government website. Both of them were blocking many of the things that I was trying to do. Then I found iVisa. The process with them was so simple. Then, because of my previous attempts at getting a visa, there was a hitch in the process. Initially I tried the official (free) gov website which was a nightmare. This service was fast easy to use online and not as expensive to you as I had first thought well worth a try.

Getting our visas this time was very frustrating. After trying a few other places, iVisa was able to walk us through. It was still frustrating, but they didn't give up.

Wrong entry type, tourist NOT family or business Constant bombardment of emails to constantly submit. VERY FRUSTRATING. But thank you to care team for sorting out and only reason i am giving two stars is for speed of visa once submitted to Uganda Immigration.

Expensive option to going to the govt website, but it was pretty quick. I hate having to format photos to fit in the application box though and had to recruit help. Concerned that it did not ask for a copy of passport as does the govt site. Crossing my fingers that it works correctly.
