Experience is nice, but what I don’t like is not having the ability to communicate with someone via the telephone. Using the Watts app was OK but I was asked the same question several times over three days when in fact, a simple conversation could’ve move things forward quicker. I love the service, but to cut much confusion to have the option to speak to. Someone will be absolutely outstanding.
Once I realized which format to send documents in it went smoothly. I am not computer savvy but I figured it out.

Horrible experience. At least 8 different people handled my file: constantly requesting the same documentation that I had already submitted. Was not told that once I traveled outside of 3 countries of East Africa visa, that I would have to apply again for a visa. Wasted money since I will be returning back to Uganda in August. I must have sent over 40 emails----- over and over again with new people requesting what I had already submitted. Had to finally threaten you to get my visa.
