Appalling, agonising 3 hour plus process for myself and my elderly mother. Only to be contacted to request more information (scanned ID of our hosts) not requested on original form. £360 plus pounds! Only for the digital and travel savvy.

As my very first overseas trip to Africa was about to begin I found out I was miss informed about what was needed for Ugandan document. This resulted in me rebooking my flight. The official site was easy to fill in and download docs but I kept getting an error message and no reply from the provided email address for the official webpage......iVisa was quick and efficient after trying for 2 weeks on my own they got me the visa I needed within 3 days!

just issues with the passport photos not being excepted things needing to be sent multiple times even though i have used the same photos for numerous visas through you in the past going back and forth with you over a Mauritius visa that i did not need the fact that you had no clue that my wife had an east African visa that did not expire until 2024 if you do your research prior to saying thing are not able to be processed you would save clients alot of grief

I paid the extra 100.00$ for expedited visa but it took over 6 days I should have just done it on Uganda consulates website for 50.00$ I think you should refund my extra money

Really efficient and professional service. As I'm a bit lacking in IT skills, I had a few issues. The online chat sorted that out for me. My passport I submitted was not clear enough and the portal allowed me to update a better image easily!! Thoroughly recommend and I'll keep using!!
The application was easy and straight forward to fill in. It was good to receive the error notifications but they came at different times and the processing fees are high.
I was pleasantly surprised with iVisa. When I realized we could no longer get a visa on arrival at EBB, I worried about having to mail my passport to the embassy in New York. IVisa took away this worry and was very helpful as I went through their process to upload my documents etc. They kept me updated along the way, pointed out any errors I made while filling out the required documents and helped me fix them. I will certainly be telling a friend about iVisa.
They promise a certain number of days to deliver the visa and they dont deliver it. I paid more to have it in 4 days and nothing. This is a scam dont use it.
You ask too many unnecessary things. Why don't you check all details you need before taking the money? Or scan yellow card, or passport not scanned well, or proof of if the ticket was bought etc

I was happy to pay a bit extra to get my visa for Uganda, the main reason being that you have a chat option. I had so many glitches happen but your people helped me get them sorted out. The Uganda country visa website did not have that option. Also I appreciate that you will get people registered with the embassy of the country they are traveling to.

I paid for the urgent 2 days visa and I received it until the 5th day. Because of this I had to make changements on my flights. At the end it was the same time as if I applied directly to the government site, there was not any advantage to hire this service.

I experienced no single problem as was the case with earlier registration with another provider for this same service.
I was in a hurry and paid for 2 day processing of my visa. I needed to supply a different phone number than the one that I originally supplied but I was not notified of the need. I called for an update and the CS rep took the number that I supplied. The next time I called the rep couldn't supply me with a realistic time of when my visa would be processed. She said that my information had been submitted 4 hours prior but I had supplied it 8 hours before I called the second time. I had to push my trip back a day and thought I would have to move it again because of the lack of information that was provided to me. It was a stressful trip planning time.

I take option visa in 2 business days. I paid 100$ for this option!!! I accept visa after 5 business this is option betweens 4 and 6 days it cost 35-65$!!! Give me back part of the money other wise i will do charge back in credit card company!!!!
