The application is very easy to fill and to submit ! The only think I want to suggest is to give before starting by filling the form, the list of the different papers to provid.
Prompt service with adequate levels of care. Sometimes found myself repeating the same information to various customer service associates.
This is quite a complicated process that doesn't account for travellers that are backpacking and might have a more flexible schedule. I did really appreciate the support of the iVisa team and how quickly they responded to messages in order to help me.

Much easier to use than most sites. The only issue I had with was at the final stage of downloading and printing the Visa.
professional - so much better to deal with than an actual embassy no need to send Passports etc would have liked a telephone number to be able to "chat" with live person

Good chat communication with company rep who alleviated my fears that Visa would not arrive before my departure from North America. Visa should have arrived in 3 days but took 6 days. Everything turned out OK.

In general an excellent experience. The web site is well organized and easily navigable. The site advertised that the visas would be available in three days but actually it took six days.
This service gives us the opportunity to get a Visa on line. It makes it easy.
