The application is very easy to fill and to submit ! The only think I want to suggest is to give before starting by filling the form, the list of the different papers to provid.

I thought iVisa would facilitate my application for KAZA visas for a trip to Zambia. It was not clear to me that this would not deliver the actual visas, but just submit standard health declaration forms to the Zambian Government, which in fact I could have done myself online without paying for help from iVisa. The misunderstanding is mine but I think iVisa, whose website is cheerful but pushy, needs to be much clearer about what it can actually offer for a particular visa application.

Much easier to use than most sites. The only issue I had with was at the final stage of downloading and printing the Visa.

Extremely surpriseded at the service of delivery. 3 days to get the visa sorted, I sent them the documents needed at about 8 PM and received the letter the next day at 9:00 AM. This quality of service delivery is uncommon, keep it up!
