I applied for a super rush visa.....but it took 4 days for the personals to issue a letter

You need to improve on customer queries and reviewed the current staff's efficiency who are working in the customer care. I will suggest that females who are working in customer care - chat should be appraised on their response efficiency. It was a horrible experience there to chat with your customer care representative. Overall i am happy with your service but there is a scope for improvement as indicated.
On a super rush ordering, Visa was issued in 6 days and that too I had to use my connections to get it done in the visa issuing country
Charged me rush fee to get my visa on time but didn't get my visa on time! This defeats the purpose of having an option to get the visa sooner at an extra cost.
Document upload only shows first page to ivisa. Payment before communicating necessary docs caused annoying problems.

In general an excellent experience. The web site is well organized and easily navigable. The site advertised that the visas would be available in three days but actually it took six days.
We had applied for a super rush visa but the visa was received as per the normal processing. We had to incur so much loss of paying 60USD super rush fees , our hotel bookings and flights were booked which had to be cancelled and since it was last minute cancellation we could not get any refund for the same. Worst part was that there was no response from IVISA or rather support from them to followup when the visa was not received on time.
This service gives us the opportunity to get a Visa on line. It makes it easy.
